The hotel is located 10 minutes by car from verona historical center. We parked right in front of the hotel for free, otherwise they offer a secured park for a fee. We stayed there for one night only however we appreciated the concierge's suggestions and the attention of many employees
This hotel is not far from the city centre and offers a good quality-price ratio. Staff is friendly and the features of the hotel are also good. The car park should be free for hotel guests. The rest was all fine.
The hotel needs renovation. It is not a small one but it shouldnt be considered as a 4- star hotel. Breakfast is very poor. The staff is very rude. They made us pay for an extra night while it was already settled. We complained, noone cared although we were regular business customers. Very bad hotel. Never to visit again. Never to recommend!
Stayed here from 12-18 April with my wife and 2 teenagers, came over from Israel for the Passover Holiday. The room we got was a Junior Suite, large and comfortable, with a huge Jacuzzi, and very clean. The Staff were superb,I dealt with Marco,Pierluigi, another guy I didnt catch his name(but well built)and a girl. All without exception were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. There is free parking all along the street, always a parking space available. There is a Lidl about 4 minutes walk from the Hotel, and easy access to the Cener of Verona, about 6 minutes by car. All in all,had a great time, and would definitley stay at the Hotel again, strongly recommend!
Nice clean place with big beds and good breakfast. Perfect for a one or two day stop. Not the best location but not too bad. Would happily return in the future. Underground car park is convenient but awkward to get in to.
I spent 4 nights at the hotel with my boyfriend during Christmas period and we were given a mediocre double bedroom facing the main road so it was noisy despite the double glazed windows. The bed was very big but they put together 2 single beds so split in the middle no ideal for a couple! The TV the first few days was very dark and despite the effort to make it brighter it didn t work so we reported it and eventually we could watch some channels before going to bed. The bathroom was ok, big with nice power shower but ladies be prepared for one of those horrendous hair dryer mounted to the wall with little power! We asked for an iron board and iron to press a dress I wanted to wear for Christmas but I was told that for security they could not provide it! I was shocked! I never ever expected a 4 star hotel not to have an air dryer never the less an iron! We found an opened bottle of sparkling water (well they drunk the water and refilled with tap water I assume as I had a sip and tasted horrendous)in the minibar and took it downstairs to reception so they would not charge us. My list could go on as I was not happy at all. Overall okish hotel but definitely not a 4 star!
I was looking forward to staying in this 4* hotel the room was large slightly dated tho. The bed wasn't to my taste (rock solid) but the big problem was that there's no restaurant surely a 4* must have a restaurant shouldn't most hotels have restaurant otherwise it's just a b&b/motel
Nice four stars hotel, Wide rooms and extra clean. Wide variety for breakfast. Good location. Helpfull staff even though not a good english!! Great view especially from the 11th or 13th floor cant remember anymore!!
This Hotel is great value and the staff are polite and friendly. The location is a 25 minuite walk from the cetre but there is a regular bus service, Piazza San Zeno is only 10 minuites from the Hotel and there are some grat retaurants there and they are very family friendly.the Breakfast is excellent and there is a great atmosphere here. Recommend this Hotel.
We were with a group on 'Circle of Europe' tour. This was one of our favorites out of nine hotels we stayed at. The rooms were a very spacious size in terms of Europe. The bath facilities were roomy. The hotel personnel from the front desk and throughout the hotel was explicit.
