Me and my boyfriend went on a long weekend for his birthday so we booked a room in the hotel for 3 nights. Staff at reception were extremely helpful, giving us additional information on what is the best way to go to Lake Garda. We had breakfast included- nothing special, but everything was enough and yummy. The lady that was serving the breakfast was really friendly and nice! Every morning we were asked what coffee we would like so she was doing it on a separate coffee machine. Coffee was amazing for the people that can appreciate a good espresso. The only downside is the view of the room, which cannot really be described as a view as it is not facing anything really and makes the room dark. But other than that room was cleaned every day and it was spacious enough. I would recommend if you want good value for money as the location is good as well and is pretty close to everything in city centre. Would come back!
This hotel is located very well. It's only 5 minutes from Arena, 10 from Casa di Jiulietta, there are many nice restaurants around. I booked single room but hotel provided small double room with huge bed. The room was very nice and clean and quiet. The staff was super welcoming and friendly.
Located just outside the walls of the old city off Via Porta Nuova, just a few steps from Piazza Bra and the Arena, this centrally located hotel is an ideal place from which to explore Verona. The hotel is immaculately maintained. Rooms are very comfortable with updated bedding. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the front desk is staffed with professionals who do their best to ensure you enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend and return.
Location was excellent, because everyone who comes to Verona needs to see everything connected with Romeo and Juliet. This cozy place fulfills everything that you expect. Room was comfy and bathroom spacious. Breakfast was also rich and fine.I recommend it.
What a wonderful hotel. We stayed for two nights. Very close to center of town and everything you want to see in Verona. Nice room and the staff will help you with anything you want to see and do. Don’t miss Juliet’s house a must see.
A sort break for two couples. I had booked the slightly larger double rooms via a hotel booking website and got a very good B&B rate. The entrance is tucked away (under cover) on a side street, but just a few minutes walk away from the arena. On arrival we were booked in very quickly and were pleased with the allocated rooms of Floor 2. Newly renovated, very clean, air con, free room safe, fridge/mini bar, telephone, free wifi and multi channel TV all included. The bed was large and very comfortable, with lovely thick sheets. A good night's sleep was guaranteed by the quiet location. Breakfast was typical of continental Europe and very good by Italian standards. Eggs, meat, cheese (including fresh mozzarella), breads, cakes, fruit, juices, coffee, teas etc etc. As well as free wifi, the downstairs lounge had a full size desktop computer for use by residents. Saw many different people on the Reception desk, but all were most helpful and spoke good English. On departure I requested a taxi for the airport - they said it would arrive in two minutes and it did! Taxi's to and from the airport cost under €35 each way for four passengers and luggage - cheaper than I could find with any online pre-booking site.
we booked 4 nights at Hotel San Luca, we arrived at the Hotel 17th Sept at 11:30am not wanting to check in but leave our suitcases. Reception accommodated this straight away. When we returned back to the hotel a couple of hours later our suitcases had been taken to our room already. Check in was very quick. Double room was very spacious and very clean. Staff in the breakfast room work very hard and were always friendly and very attentive. Breakfast sets you up for the day, so much to choose and good quality. We returned back to this hotel in October just for one night and have booked to stay again end of November.
Nice hotel, centrally located, just few minutes walk to Piazza Brá. 20 mins walking distance to the train station. I booked a double room with twin beds, the room was clean and bright, and had a mini bar. Unfortunately there was only one bed side table and no bedside Lamps. And the plug sockets near the beds were located at the bottom of the beds! There was only one mirror and it was inside the wardrobe. The wi-fi connection was very poor sometimes no connection at all, specially in the breakfast room. Breakfast was below average, there was no hot foods , not even a toaster. And on top of that you had to ask the staff for coffee and the food was not refilled.
Nice and clean room and very friendly staff. They helped us with tourist attractions and restaurants. Expensive parking though but difficult to find better options in central Verona. Very good location and easy to find.
Clean, spacious and well maintained property! Staff was really helpful and the breakfast was well good. The only thing was put me down was that we had ants in our room. (204)Apart of this everything was great and satisfied.
