Great beach all very sandy and not too wavy. Great rooms- 2 bedrooms /2bathrooms/ big living room/ with foldout couch - very comfortable- and complete kitchen with crockpot and all dishes and cutlery great place
Check in was a breeze. Very easy and I even got to check in a little early which is nice After driving for HOURS I wanted to relax and thankfully they let that happen. The only thing I didn't like at check-in was they told you about 20 things and expected you to remember it and then handed you papers to read. Grabbed those papers and stuffed them in my bag due to exhaustion. Luckily enough my mother stayed with me and she decided to read through those papers and a white binder that was tucked out of sight underneath the coffee table. Basically what it's stated was that we have to do all the cleaning take out the trash and change the linens and you only got towels once a week. Now I do this at home and I don't have a problem with it however I'm on vacation for eight days not exactly something I wanted to do if I would have known that I honestly would've picked a different hotel. If you don't do all these things before check out they charged you which I think is a little ridiculous. And of all the things they told me at the front desk when I checked in what was on those papers they did not which is a little frustrating considering those seemed to be the most important things to have done prior to check out. I will say the rooms are BEAUTIFUL and nicely laid out and very spacious. The beds are comfy and the view is one to brag about. It was like having a small apartment for the weekend. I do think it was pricey especially with all the stuff you have to do. I honestly don't think I would be back because there just isn't a lot to do in Jensen beach.
Quiet beach in front of the building, and easy accessible with a 2 minute walk. Good place for exploring Hutchinson island. Try to visit Bathtub Beach as well, which is a few miles down the road. We also liked the pool a lot, ans there's great staff around to make you feel comfortable.
There were visible signs of work on the hotel. We heard that construction had just ended as we arrived Christmas day. The timeshare was older but everything we needed except a room washer/dryer. There was laundry for $1.50 on each floor. I did know this prior to arriving. Great quiet location. Our room was on the end. We had to walk down one flight of stairs and we were on the walk to the beach. We left the doors open to the porch all week. We heard the ocean crashing all day and all night for a week. The rooms were comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. There was even a mid week towel exchange. There were also pool swimming towels on the room. It is an older timeshare but adequate for our family needs. We would stay here again. We actually looked into buying a week here. It was close to the city, movies, Walmart, malls but also on a quiet are of the beach that was Family friendly and nice. The pool was heated and a great place to go after the sun went down or the ocean got cold. Everyone has there own opinions but we enjoyed it here. The ocean and salt water wears on buildings. These buildings in working towards repair from the everyday wear of salt water.
This could have been a perfect vacation, but instead, it was awful. Maybe those who said the renovations weren't a problem were not near where the work was going on. We woke up to a jackhammer every morning around 8. We were told there would be "a little concrete work going on"... The entire building is constructed of concrete and they are resurfacing ALL of it. Our room vibrated all day and we had to keep leaving because the noise was so loud. We had to yell at each other to be heard and having a simple meal in the condo was impossible between 8 am and 5 pm. I have video I can send if you don't believe me. I would NOT stay here until this work is done. They should not rent out condos anywhere near where the work is going on. I can't imagine this work will be complete before 2017. If they tell you otherwise - get it in writing! They lied to us repeatedly and the people in the lobby were NO help and didn't try to be. Seriously, you will regret staying here... Oh and the elevators are all not functioning - they blamed that on the hurricane, though not sure how the hurricane only damaged the elevators and nothing else. It was fun lugging luggage up to the 4th floor and back down a week later. What a way to spend a vacation...
This place is disappointing to look at - but it is under renovation. Also I came after Hurricane Matthew knocked out the elevator and caused other problems. The ocean causes it to be a bit damp but that can sometimes not be helped during bad weather. The staff was so nice and very helpful. I can believe that it will be a great place when renovations are finished. The ocean view is perfect and their pool is really nice. Cleaning staff will go out of their way to help. The kitchen is WONDERFUL. It was nice to be able to fix our own food and sit on our large balcony. I am really sorry we couldn't stay longer because it is always full. We would visit again.
First time Here. There was a lot of "freshening up" going on when were there. Workers were very respectful and the construction did not interfere with anything. We had a first floor unit with beautiful views off the screened in area of the ocean. Clean and roomy two bedroom condo. Will be making a trip back.
The only negative is they are doing major repairs from now to November. They wait till about nine each morning to start working and were gone when we came in late afternoon. The balcony was screened in so sitting on the balcony was enjoyable. Saw little rabbits each day having their feeding time. Our unit was on the fifth floor was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place .
I own here but since i live in the area i rarely use it. This year I didn't trade out and so we used it the last week of April. First time I've been in it but have to say it was pretty decent. The view are great and it's nice being on the beach. Service was good, I thought the pool, though not right on the beach was very nice. It sure was warm as they have solar panels to help heat it. There are plenty of places within walking distance to eat so if you just want to stay put, you really don't need a car (just to get there and back to the airport ...and that's a pretty good hike).
Very nice view from the balcony! Breathtaking! That was the best part! I feel that the unit we were in was not kept up the best. We had some issues upon check in, and after a few attempts they were finally fixed. We did see several small ants in the bathrooms and on the counters and entry hall floors. I know this can happen anywhere but we were very careful not to leave food out on the counters, etc. The front desk staff that we met throughout the week were great! Very nice! Keep up the good work girls! The pool area was very nice, water was very clean! Overall the condo was very well equipped, the view was fantastic, and it was very spacious. However, I am not sure that we would return if we were ever back in the area.

Best thing: on the beach.. worst thing: supplies must be replaced by u and there's not much to start with. A 1wk stay and u have to buy coffee filters.. why??? No s&p or sugar. Also had to change rooms mid stay because it's a time share, sun to sun and we stayed wed to wed. Didn't realize that when I booked. Rooms r not in the best of shape ( ceilings peeling) although they were clean and comf. The elevator is extremely slow. Beach chair rentals $20.... again why??? I'll think hard before booking there again sorry to say.
