The room was pleasant; the view was good. More dishes would be great. There was a lot of mold in the bathrooms and the master bedroom ceiling. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a fun stay.

We stayed her only because it was close to a relatives condo and within budget. Both days we got locked out of room with key problems, a/c wasn’t working properly and never cooled the place down and the refrigerator only worked on 2nd day and ended up freezing everything. Of course once negative things start to happen you look closer at the property…concrete block missing with rebar showing throughout, elevator was brutal basically none existent and I feel like they turned the power off to this place and then last minute turned it on cause it had a musty smell and several things didn’t work properly until the last day.

We’ve stayed at the Turtle Reef Beach Club twice and was disappointed by the fact that there was absolutely NO beach view, as noted on the listing for Partial-ocean view. We were placed on the 1st floor and were told that “you can’t see anything but the bushes but you can definitely hear the ocean waves” that is misleading to what’s advertised and we stayed a week long, as we already had travel arrangements with our older children. Not sure why those bushes are placed there to prevent the ocean view. The front desk service is mediocre as people are not very friendly, and our main room’s air conditioner did not flow properly, causing it to be hot at night while we slept. Definitely not considering staying here again.

The ocean view was amazing. my only complain was a frame that was hanging behind the bed from the main bedroom and dropped abruptly if someone would have been sleeping at that time it would have caused injuries. very well equipped property. Loved the well kept beach on property along with ocean view rooms. The porches were very large and screened in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Theres an elevator and carts to bring up your belongings. The refrigerators have ice makers.The pool was very nice and never crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were fresh. They provide pool towels in your room. There's a towel exchange midweek. Cons were the "no see um bugs" outside that practically eat you alive, especially at night. Also, the resort notified us a few days before our stay that the pool would be closed for 5 days starting mid week of our stay to put sun shades in. They made arrangements with the resort next door for us to use their pool, which we did for 1 day and then they reopened ours because they were missing parts to finish the installation of the sun shades. So we ended up getting to use our pool. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice location

Great location, everything was clean. If it weren't for the fact that they didn’t provide us with clean towels for the pool and beach on the second day—and even asked us to wash the ones we used on the first day—we would have given them 5 stars. Small details can make a big difference.
