We always enjoy coming here. They used to have more amenities fresh fruit water on property, fresh coffee and a free bottle of wine. They no longer offer these. Restaurant is closed Sunday -Tuesday which I forgot. As we couldn't get breakfast they did comp us fresh fruit basket another amenity they use to have. We still enjoyed our stay just a little disappointed in these changes. I know money is tight everywhere. The women at the front desk very helpful and kind. I think her name is Amy. We will always recommend and come back. it's a peaceful place. and there is alot of dinning available around area.

This hotel did not match its current ratings. This hotel needs some desperate TLC. Our room had very strong humidity smell. The shower did not have any door so the water ran rampant. I don’t recommend this place.

Amy was great. Really personable and welcoming. Dining in the piano bar listening to great music and with the great service we had was very nice. A super experience for my wife and I. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful thing to make our much needed overnight stay so wonderful!

We love this quaint resort. Yes the rooms are dated, but it it is such a gem- great restaurant and bar, walkable to the beach, and has bikes and a pool. Not to mention the super cute piano bar. We 'stay-cation' here when prices allow!

Upon check in, they had our room as a 2 full bed room when I booked a king. She did offer a discount because it was our anniversary and we were upset. Later that day, they asked if we wanted a king room as another couple apparently wanted our room so we gladly took it. Through Expedia, it says that we would receive a free drink as a perk, it turns out it ended up being a bottle of water in our room that was already listed as complimentary. After they messed up our reservation by giving us the wrong room, you’d think they would have tried to offer us something as an apology. Literally anything would have been sufficient but we received nothing. In our new room however, the shower was broken and sprayed everywhere when you turned it on. A maintenance man did come 45 min later to fix it and had to replace the entire shower head. There were clumps of hair stuck to the walls and the overall feel of the room was just dingy. It definitely did not feel like a “boutique” hotel to me at all especially in Vero Beach on Ocean Drive. The pool area was unkept and overgrown and the lounge chairs were covered in leaves and bugs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caved in the middle and had multiple white stains all over the red throw blanket they placed on top of the comforter. Overall, our experience was less than great and we wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a unique boutique hotel. Lots of charm and friendly staff. Very well equipped for families. Our kids loved the pool and the easy walk to the serene beach. Wish we stayed longer! The breakfast was also delicious. Totally recommend the onsite restaurant.

3rd time staying here and as always the check in was smooth, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I love the decor. We had a drink at the bar, the bartender was very pleasant. We had dinner at Havana Nights where the vibe was fun & relaxing; the live music was excellent, our waiter was superb. It was our anniversary and they treated us to dessert in the house. We sleep well the bed was comfortable. Check out was effortless. This place is out staycation spot form now on. I highly recommend it for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing get away.
