Overall the room was clean but the night stand had something sticky spilled on it. The table lamp was stuck to the table and there were several ants on the table. There were also several ants in the room. When I checked out and told the clerk, he seemed not to care and simple said “yeah ok”. Never saw him write the room number down. Don’t know if I would stay there again.
Lots of cockroaches. TV will lock up and display error message when cycling past a certain channel. Free breakfast is subpar and embarassing. Walls are paper thin and the maid's voices will wake you up if try to sleep in. No snack vending machines.
Very bad smell, marijuana smoke smell filling the hallways coming out of several rooms, filthy rooms and common areas, filthy rusted washer dryer, creepy and sloppy room service not cleaning or changing sheets
The only thing i would like changed is for them to extend the pool hours. I couldnt ask for a better stay. Staff was great, beds wonderful, and close to everything.
The only issue I had was that the continental breakfast and area in which it was served was quite small. Other than that, it was great and will recommend it!
The shower curtain was moldy and gross. We requested a non-smoking room and were placed in a non-smoking section of the hotel. Our room WREAKED of cigar smoke because the guests under us sat out on their balcony and were smoking. The front desk said there was nothing they could do other than move our room the next day. They handled it poorly, instead of making the smokers stop because they are in a non-smoking section! They said they can't make them stop! I would never stay here again
Check in was quick and easy, the hotel staff was very friendly. It was centrally located.
Ok for the price paid. Ants in the room. Dark hallways. Sliding door lock broken. Safety lock broken too. Minimal breakfast available. Some creeps staying there too.
Roach in the toilet. Bathroom ceiling riddled with mold and mildew. Clock radio that only displayed unchanging gibberish. Loud train rolling through three times during sleeping hours. The next time you need to stay someplace...stay away from here.
