It was a quick stay for a friend's wedding down the street at the bellevuewood plantation. other than that it's your basic bread and butter hotel. We left our charger in the room and the only got the wall plug so I can only imagine what happened to the actual cord. That was the other down side of it.

We ask staff to clean our bathroom and no one showed up.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to I-95. Staff was excellent. Complimentary breakfast above and beyond expectations.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast

This hotel was affordable and offered all the amenities one would expect. Just a short 10 min. drive to the beachfront yet far enough away for peace and quiet.

Clean room, nice staff, good hot breakfast. Ample parking and convenient to I95

Hotel was conveniently located and room was clean. Staff friendly but front desk person watching videos on phone. A bit unprofessional looking, though very friendly.

Good check in service. Good room service. Bad experience with breakfast staff. She was very rude to one of the international guest during service.

I constantly stay at this particular brand across the eastern 2/3'rds of the country..... why? Because I know exactly what I'm going to get almost every time, and it's almost very good each time. Location is good, grounds are clean, the guy that checked us in was very personable and made my kids laugh a lot, the beds were clean and comfortable as expected. Beyond that it was rapidly down hill based solely on the bathroom, morning manager, and breakfast staff. 1) there was dried up urine ALL OVER the toilet, behind it, and on the walls. 2) There were hairs in the bathtub. 3) Hotel was booked solid, no room switch available . I keep a bottle of Windex and paper towels in my truck, my wife cleaned the bathroom. 4) Breakfast ended at 9:30. The woman working the breakfast area was standing by the breakfast bar while we were making our food at 9:25, at the stroke of 9:30 she started tearing things down and taking cups and plastic wear away. My son dropped his fork on the ground, went to get another at 9:33 saw that they weren't there, asked the lady where they were and she said "breakfast is over, everything is put away". I walked into the kitchen and got one myself. She had taken the juice cups away, so I used a coffee cup, she said those were for coffee. 5) When my wife took issue with the people at the front desk, they did not offer much of any apology or compensation. They did reinforce that breakfast ended at 9:30 and that they offer wake up calls to help us get our day started earlier. I will continue to stay at HIE as I know this is not typical of the "brand". Next time in Vero, another great brand is right next door and that is always my 2nd choice.

I had booked a king bed and a quiet location. When I got there the room we were given was next to the elevator. I went back to reception to secure a better location and was told they were sold out. I went back to the room and found it was not a even a king but a queen so back down I went. The receptionist told me it was a king, which it wasn't, and I asked if she would like to view the room and she declined. Eventually she found a room with two queen beds on another floor so we took it because we were exhausted from traveling. The room was adequate.

For just an overnight stay, it is fine. Several restaurants within walking distance. Easy on/off to I95.

Excellent hotel for the price. Free Internet, Free Parking and Free HOT breakfast. The room was nice too. Huge comfortable bed with microwave and minifridge. The location is a little west of town. It is about a 5 minute drive to restaurants. However, the hotel is next door to an awesome outlet mall.

very clean, breakfast was outstanding, staff was friendly

Location is very convenient right off of I-95. REstaurant options within walking distance

small rooms, but comfortable beds. Excellent Breakfast!

Not bad, nothing special. Bed was good. Breakfast was skimpy.

Excellent location just off I 95 and adjacent to outlet stores. Short drive to beach and community.

I booked a four day stay here while visiting my mother. On the second day I had a family emergency come up and had to go home. Since all four days were alreaqdy paid for I tried to get a refund or partial credit for when I return to visit my mother. The Manager couldn't care less, even though I've stayed here previously. Needless to say, I'll never stay here again. It's a real shame because the place is convenient to the freeway, very clean and the rooms are nice.

this was the perfect location and value for my group.

It worked well as a location for going to 4 spring training games up and down the coast and also a visit to the Kennedy Space Center. Breakfast was fine and the room was very clean and comfortable
