This home has 2 large bedrooms / 2.5 Baths / Large Loft for study or extra sleep area upstairs overlooking the Great Room. The Kitchen boasts Stainless Appliances and Granite throughout. The back patio is screened that opens up to a large brick entertainment courtyard area where you can enjoy the cool breezes during the fall and winter months. During your leisure time, enjoy the fully equipped fitness room, tennis courts, or the lovely resort style community pool and grand club house. "In accordance with HOA rules and guidelines, stays must be at least 89 days Minimum, with a simple background check required.”
