This home is in a very quiet private development. There are 3 bedrooms with a screened in lanai. Beautiful beaches are a 10 minute drive with lots of parks and recreation available in Vero Beach. We are approximately 40 minute drive south of Melbourne and a 1.5 hour drive to Orlando.
