Very nice, newly created 2006 3.5 bedroom duplex apartment for 4 - 5 people in independent old house part.
The house is situated in the historic village center of Guasti di Vernate. Quiet, private usable space directly, free of traffic in front of the house.

The apartment is accessed via a short external staircase. First, you enter the large living room with fireplace, a sofa and a modern kitchen with large dining table, guest toilet
A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a sofa bed and a television in the gallery. Two lockable bedrooms with double beds, large closets. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC.

Shared use of a small pool in our neighboring property (distance 150 m). Table tennis and table football for free use. Motorboat shared:
Our new aluminum motorboat with 8 hp motor and a small cab at the nearby port of Magliaso available to our guests for a fee available. Lifejackets available in all sizes. The boat can be driven without a license. Maximum 6 people.

Wir wurden von Paolo sehr herzlich empfangen und verbrachten sehr schöne 6 Tage im Ticino . Das Loft entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und es lässt sich nichts aussetzen. Es findet sich alles ,was benötigt wird und vieles mehr ;-) 😉 Paolo ,der Eigentümer, versorgte uns sehr zuvorkommend mit Informationen und Tipps bzgl Umgebung und Unternehmungen ..Unser besonderes Highlight war die Fahrt auf dem See im Boot ,das wir nutzen durften .So waren die sonnigen Tage was ganz besonderes für die Tochter ,die ihr Kapitänspatent erlangte .... Rundum eine wunderschöne Zeit verbrachten wir in der Casa Negri ....bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal Lynea , Pascal und Yvonne

Ruhiger und toller Urlaubsaufenthalt

Schon direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Paolo sehr herzlich begrüßt und einen tollen Überblick über die Möglichkeiten in der Ortschaft erhalten. Wir haben uns sofort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatten das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein. Paolo kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste und macht es wirklich mit Leidenschaft. Die Lage des Hauses ist wundervoll mit einem kleinen Innenhof und tollen rustikalen Möbeln. Dazu durften wir mit dem Boot eine unvergessliche Tour machen. Die Zeit wird uns in einer schöner Erinnerung bleiben.

Eim paar ruhige Tage im Tessin zum Jahreswechsel

100%-tig weiterzuempfehlen. Seher zuvorkommender und netter Empfang, nach einer problemlosen Anreise danke der sehr guten Wegbeschreibung des Vermieters. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und gepflegt. Es liess keine Wünsche offen. Diverse Kleinigkeiten, welche man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, waren bereits vor Ort. Seher zu empfehlen und äusserst netter und sympathischer Kontakt. Wir waren 4 Personen und haben Silvester in der Unterkunft von Herr und Frau Negri verbracht. Das Loft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und wir hatten eine super Zeit im Tessin. Herr und Fra Negri sind sehr herzliche und äusserst gastfreundliche Vermieter. Wir durften Sie jederzeit kontaktieren und auch Frau Käser ist sehr hilfsbereit. Eine wunderbare Basis für einen herrlichen, erlebnisreichen Urlaub! Ein wahres Bijou in ruhiger Umgebung und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begeehrt. Ein Dorfplatz als grosszügiger Sitzplatz, ein idyllischer Swimmingpool mit Seeblick und die Erfahrung als Kapitän eines Bootes. Braucht es wirklich noch mehr? Ohne die herzliche und sehr bemühende Betreuung durch Franziska & Paolo wäre es nur halb so schön gewesen. Ein grosses Kompliment und ein Dankeschön.

Wunderschöne Ferien an einem sehr schönen Ort.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sehr stilvoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Eine Küche zum träumen. Ja die gesamte Einrichtung ist schön und praktisch. Man merkt dass die Besitzer selbst hier Ferien verbracht haben. Der Sitzplatz vor dem Haus ist wie auf einem alten Dorfplatz. Das Pool und der kleine Garten dort ist verträumt und hat die perfekte Mischung aus Sonne und Schatten. Wir haben die ganze Woche viel Tischtennis und Tischfussball gespielt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight waren die zwei Ausflüge mit dem kleinen Motorboot. Unvergessliche Ferien. Vielen Dank an Paolo und Franziska

Alles bestens - das Haus hätte 6 Sterne verdient!

Wir haben 3 tolle Herbsttage im Tessin verbracht und den Aufenthalt genossen - das Haus ist wie beschrieben mit schönem Pool ganz in der Nähe, gute Lage, geschmackvolle und komplette Einrichtung, kompetente Sanierung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und hebt sich dadurch wohltuend von der Masse der Unterkünfte ab! Und dazu kommen noch sehr sympathische und allzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder...

Wohlfühlferien im Loft

Schon mehr als einmal haben wir unsere Herbstferien in der Loft-Ferienwohnung von Fam. Negri in Vernate verbracht. Wir freuen uns jedesmal auf die sparsame aber alles umfassende Einrichtung dieses wunderbar gestalteten Hauses, das zudem inmitten eines fantastischen Wander- und Genuss-Gebietes liegt. Neuerdings gehört sogar ein Boot dazu! Das Eigentümerpaar ist überaus freundlich - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles Feriendomizil, sehr freundliche Vermieter

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet und entspricht im vollen Umfang der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemühen sich sehr, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Pool ist in einem wunderschönen Garten gelegen. Es wird ein Boot angeboten, mit dem man den Luganer See erforschen kann. Zudem gibt es jeden Mittwoch einen tollen Markt am Lago Maggiore, der in ca. 20 min zu erreichen ist. Italien ist in ca. 10 min zu erreichen und bietet günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kurzum: Ein toller Ort, um einen schönen Urlaub zu erleben.
