The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The front desk staff were nice. The pool area was disgusting, black mold all over the floors. The hotel itself smells musty and smoky. Breakfast was okay but totally unorganized and ran out of most everything.

Not Great.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was dated, dirty, and needed an upgrade. There weren’t any towels at the pool and I called twice for some but they never brought any. I had to leave the pool dripping wet.

We got in late, after 1:30am and waited over 30minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in! Call the front desk over 8 times, in hopes someone would come to the desk to check us in, no one did. We were just about to leave and someone showed up, no apologies! It was late so we stayed but under different circumstances I would have looked for a different hotel!

Comfy and clean room, pool was disappointing

The room was spacious and comfortable, the full breakfast was good - lots of choices. The pool was murky and the floor was green in places, the hot tub had only three jets working. The whole pool area needed a thorough cleaning

The first room they gave us didn’t have the cover at the top of the blinds so it was bright as heck. We’d been traveling since 3am and my son needed a nap before playing baseball so wasn’t great. Worse off, after being up since 3am we got back to the hotel at 10:30pm and in the dark you could then tell the door didn’t even sit right and was too small on the frame. Huge safety risk please made it so loud. It was late and my kid needed to sleep so he crashed and i stayed up half the night. Next day switched rooms after another long day of baseball, and come to find that this room the deadbolt wasn’t on right, I had to screw it back in myself and it wasn’t even fully proper. Wake up in the morning and go to brush our teeth and the sink won’t drain. Pulled up to plug and it was FILLED with black grimy mould!!! Checked out as fast as we could. Would never recommend. Gross and unsafe. I’d like a refund, at least partial.

The hotel is very old and not clean. The hotel had a strange smell in the hallways. the key cards never worked. The pool had rust dripping from the walls and green algae growing on the other wall.The only thing decent about this place was the continental breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

It’s a bed to sleep in. Otherwise doubtful I’ll be back. Smoky smell everywhere you go, pool was just awful and gross, looks beat up, and lots of sketchy people hanging around. The lady running breakfast needs to learn some people skills as well. Constantly hovering and complaining how ‘busy’ it is.

It did the job but not what we expected…

Pics look better than it is. We stayed on the main floor and it reeked like ciggies and weed. Needs some updates. Swimming was sketchy in the stairs for waterslide, slide was fun though! Front desk gal helped me find a wine opener, super good staff, breakfast staff too - on the ball and courteous.
