It took a while to check in, as the front desk woman seemed to be also waiting tables in the restaurant, but the staff were warm and friendly. We had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

We stayed only one night so can't speak to all the amenities offered by the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate with two queen beds. The bathroom sink was cool (on-top-of-counter style) but there was a minimum of counter space to put our toiletries. The continental breakfast was a nice option. On the stairs in a couple places, the carpet seam was loose which could be a tripping hazard for some. I was happy that there was an elevator even though the Expedia site said there wasn't one.

It’s an old hotel that has had some renovations but needs some work. Stair carpet lifting in areas that are unsafe. Many times no staff at front desk, have to ring bell and wait. Complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. Had room facing street, very noisy at night.

It’s a clean hotel. It’s not updated or anything special but it’s clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff at front desk is welcoming. The only issue was a stench in the stairs from the first floor up. I think something leaked into to carpet and maybe cleaning can’t take out the smell.
