The property was the perfect escape. It is clean and well stocked. The property management is quick to respond. A brief walk up the street gives you access to a beautiful and uncrowded spot on the beach.

Excellent!

Location was excellent! Clean & comfortable apartment. Shower pressure was 10/10! Parking a little tight, but nothing that isn’t manageable. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Very well supplied with all essential things to be staying in a little apt. Close to the brach. Coffee pot with cofee cream and sugar. Saved me everyday! Great communication with hosts. Visit sas quite lovely

Neat little 1 bedroom 40 yards from the beach and walking distance to yogurt, tacos, sushi, brew pub, dukes, etc. simple place. Clean and professional service.

We could not see the beach from our unit, there is a cement blockade obstructing the view. The owner texted me asking me how I was enjoying the unit, I gave him, or her honest feedback, he or she, immediately terminated my contract, informed me that I was trespassing and advised me to vacate. I informed him I was a 63 YO disabled veteran and my wife is a 71 year old diabetic. He, or she had no mercy. We were ordered to vacate the property or face severe consequences. OMG! The place is not suitably for VBRO name. I wouldn’t return to it if it were free. I will leave a review on Yelp “for sure!”

Oh it was nice for the occasion. Only thing is we notified property management person of water leak that make sure we didn’t do. And people upstairs being loud and starting a marching band but that’s not vrbo that’s the tenants

Great walkabilty and beach vibe

I brought my dog to the beach, and we had a great time! It's about a 90-second walk to the beach, where dogs are allowed (leashed). Of course, there's always THAT guy or gal who yells "don't worry, he's friendly!" Overall, most folks are friendly and my dog loved the beach. We also walked to the Marina Park, about a mile away. And there's a bar, restaurants, and a froyo shop within a 5 min walk. The Walmart is a quick drive, and they have grocery pick up so you don't have to go in. The little apartment was perfect for one. It may have been okay for a couple, but it was a smaller space. The kitchen had almost everything I needed. Great water pressure in the shower. Room-darkening curtains help in the bedroom. The ceiling fans helped keep it cool during the day. The only drawback was when people arrived to occupy upstairs. There's no sound barrier between the two spaces. I saw them arrive and, they were normal sized. But to hear them walk above me, it was like a herd of zebras arrived. I could hear mumbled conversation, but not distinct words. The floor joists need to be reinforced and an added sound-absorbing pad would help tremendously. Overall, I enjoyed myself and would consider this property again on my next trip to Ventura.
