Lakeside retreat on Clear Lake

Come on over to the quiet side of the lake, This 4 bed 2 bath home will be perfect for your summer getaway. This home is only steps away from the shores of Clear Lake. Three of the bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, the kids room has two bunk beds with twin and full mattresses. You can wake up and have your morning coffee while looking out at the lake. We have 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards that are available to use for a trip down the shore. Bring your fishing rods and catch a few fish off the docks. When you get hungry you can throw some burgers on the grill or hop on your bike and take the bike trail into Ventura to the ice cream shop or woodfired pizza restaurant. In the evening you can play a game in the card room or hop across the gravel road and roast marshmallows in the firepit by the lake.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal activities, & no pets allowed.

The docks #1 - #7 by the lake can be used for fishing and swimming but are NOT available to tie up boats to.

Parking for up to 4 cars is available in the driveway next to the Cabin.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The cabin also includes a washing machine.

Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend. This property offered plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The upstairs living space has plenty of seating and great views of the Lake. Open the large windows for a great breeze off the Lake. Blackout shades throughout the home. The home is really well insulated so when the baby wakes up early, or some want to stay up late playing games, the rest of the house can still sleep. Parking for 4 vehicles.

The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the shuffleboard and inside place. Only recommendation would be to get more outside furniture as that where we wanted to spend most our time and luckily we brought our own because there were only four.
