“Seahaven Views” is a beautifully renovated split level family and pet-friendly home in Ventnor, just moments from the beach and with stunning views from its north-facing deck. Located just across the road from the Ventnor Beach and a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Entry is via external stairs through the fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer). On this same level are Bedrooms 1 & 3 (with BIR), Bedroom 2, a Bathroom (with shower) & a separate Toilet. Up 6-7 steps is the the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with a 60" smart TV, chromecast, Coonara-style wood heater & a selection of games) that flows through to the Balcony.
Outdoor Areas
The large semi-covered wrap-around Balcony (with gas BBQ, roll-out umbrella & seating for 7 people) has lovely water views of the Ventnor Beach just metres away and overlooks the fully enclosed yard (with hot/cold water shower) which is perfect for children and pets alike. There is a double Carport with parking for 2 cars, and space for an additional 2 vehicles (cars and/or a boat - up to 6.5m in length) in the driveway and covered area adjacent to the carport.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room plus 3 additional stand-alone heaters which can be used where required. The Living Room has a Coonara-style wood heater (some firewood provided to get you started).

This home has 4 beds, accommodating up to 7 guests:

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

No air-conditioning on one of the hottest days, 2 desk fans were dropped off that we had to assemble ourselves.No dryer (even though ad said there was)Bugs all through the house. Wifi didnt work properly. The code to get in the house wasnt explained properly it also didn't always work. So needed access to the key. Plus the house was open when we arrived!
