The converted playroom is a haven for kids and adults, featuring a ping pong table, game console, and a designated play area for small children.

Welcome to XARA,
Downstairs, the villa boasts a large open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for culinary enthusiasts. The master bedroom is a sanctuary with a king-size bed and a bathroom that includes a soaking tub for a spa-like experience. One additional king bedroom is also located downstairs; has a private entrance on the side of the garage and its own bathroom, providing extra privacy for guests.
There's a separate King bedroom with private access, kitchenette and ensuite, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests downstairs. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the north-facing ocean and features a large BBQ, making it perfect for alfresco dining. With two access points to the beach just a one or two-minute walk away, you can enjoy the coastal beauty with ease. Upstairs bedroom also has it's own entrance from the balcony with a queen sized mattress, sloped roof, and offers a quiet respite.
The last bedroom offers a double size mattress and single size, in the form of a bunk bed downstairs, please note that the max weight limit for top is 80KG.
The villa sleeps eleven guests in total, and all linen and towels are included in your stay for added convenience. The property also includes a large carport for undercover parking, as the garage is currently being renovated into a play/rumpus room. High-speed WiFi, along with a washer and dryer, are available to meet all your needs.

Great location, good house, walking distance to the beach, short drive to the shops. Only issue was cleanliness. Had to pick up a garbage bag in the centre of the front steps on arrival, and there was a water bottle and segment of fake lashes under the dining table. We travelled with toddlers who crawled around and got dirty knees from the floors. Host provided a high chair but it had old food still in it. There was cows milk and almond milk in the fridge but the almond milk expired 3 weeks before we got there. There was honey in the cupboard and a stream of ants coming from the floorboards straight to it. Really wish I could give a better review, but at the price point they're asking of over 700 a night I expect significantly better housekeeping.
