There was a lovely lady at the reception who made us feel welcomed upon our arrival. The room was spacious and spotless. We loved the layout. The view on the lake was nice and peaceful. Loved the little balcony too!

We had a wonderful stay. Overall, the hotel was neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for us. While we loved our room, the floor was not vacuumed as well as I would have liked. I'm not sure why because everything else was very clean. I would stay here again. (And we had a wonderful dinner at the Greg Bistro.)

There is no entertainment on the site! On the pictures of the hotel there are pictures of a pool but it is not mentioned any where that if you would like to use the pool you should pay for it! You should pay for the Spa to use the pool!! The management didn’t help us with cancelation and we were forced to take the room! It’s just a place to sleep. The soap bar was extremely small and no extra was available!
