Venice Luxury Biennale Design
The apartment located in the greenest and most authentic area of Venice. The restoration was completed in August 2017 after a few years of work, respecting the Venetian tradition by combining luxury and Italian design from the 70s / 80s with the most modern technology. it is located on the second floor of a historic building in the field of wrinkle in Castello, at the Biennale exit, near the Arsenale, a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The apartment consists of an entrance door, a kitchen with dishwasher, a sitting room, a bedroom and a bathroom with window. Included in the price you will find on arrival a first pantry of first necessity, bed linen, bathroom linen, bathroom set (soap, shampoo, conditioner etc) as well as a small welcome present. All consumptions (heating, air conditioning, wifi and internet are included in the price. Guests also have access to satellite LED TV, a personal safe and another set of comforts.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a safe, and an ironing board.

Ein Traum !
Wer diese wunderschöne Stadt bereist und eine wertige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen ideal und sehr wertig eingerichtet.
Der Vermieter Giansergio hat bei der Auswahl der Objekte einen wirklich guten Geschmack bewiesen.
Zudem ist er immer erreichbar und für alle Fragen offen und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir mochten die Lage im Biennale Viertel, da es dort sehr ruhig ist. Man in 5 Minuten auf der Straße mit wunderbaren Lokalen und Bars...zu Fuß braucht man ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Markusplatz, nutzt man das Vaporetto geht es etwas schneller.
Also alles in allem "ein Traum" und wir kommen gerne wieder.
