Location is the only plus to this apartment. The pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. We arrived with our son and another couple planning to stay for a week and celebrate our 30th anniversary. Long day of travel, NO HOT WATER. Sent message to Marco, host. Heard from him late morning next day. Finally was fixed late afternoon. We had hot water but one person could shower for maybe 2 minutes before cold shot out. I was 2 days uncovered at this point. Then the rain came. Next morning when I opened my son’s door, I slipped on water that was all over the floor. His ceiling was leaking across the room. Our bathroom also had a lovely leak as well. I didn’t enjoy having Orange water dripping on me while on the toilet. At this point, since most of us hadn’t showered yet and had been there 2 nights and it leaked and was just gross, we chose to find somewhere to stay.

Spacious apartment in ideal location

This apartment was perfect for myself and two adult sons. We each had our own comfortable room, and we enjoyed the view. Right outside the front door are multiple restaurants, shops, and sites to see. We took the water bus from the train and it was a short walk from the stop, and then the private water taxi to airport which was only a tiny bit further. One word of caution: You must climb several steep flights of stairs to reach the unit. The apartment appears to be in the process of renovation, so a few things are not completed, but overall it was lovely. Marco was great with communication, and check in was a breeze.

Great Location

The apartment was perfect in every way except that one of the ac units wasn't working. The location couldn't be beat as it's centrally located with plenty of eateries within a couple minutes walk.
