The home has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with high ceilings; the living area overlooks the expansive lanai area which features outdoor living and dining area with BBQ gas grill and screened in heated pool and spa.
The master bedroom is a true retreat, offering a generous space to unwind, spacious closets and ensuite bathroom w/ walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom is equipped with queen bed, cozy bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom/Den can be utilized as den/office or extra quest room and provides a pull out queen sofa bed and wardrobe. 2 Car Garage available for parking.
Golf membership is optional at this award winning 27-hole golf course and golf community. Just minutes away from the Island of Venice, with its charming historic district, weekly Farmers Market, incredible beaches, boutiques, and fabulous restaurants. Beautiful Siesta Key, Casey Key, Nokomis beaches and St.Armands Circle are nearby to visit and explore. HOA requires submittal of lease application which must be approved by management prior to occupancy. Approval process may take up to 20 days from date of submittal.
