The staff and the service is excellent. While I was able to park every time I came back to the hotel, I have the impression that parking may be limited. The morning breakfast and the swimming pool is excellent. I was given a room with a shower designed for wheel chair use. When the shower was used it often spread water across the rest of the bathroom area. While I see these rooms as necessary for people who need them, they should not be given to people who do not need them. So far this year I have stayed in this hotel for about five weeks. The hotel delivers reliable quality and an affordable price. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean.

Rooms not as spacious as place next door that we stay normally. Lady that ran breakfast area was very rude-I poured some drink down what I thought was a drain (area under where drinks come out) so that I didn’t dump a cup full of liquid in the trash bag of trash can and she literally yelled at me-I’m a grown adult and she yelled at me as if I was a child.

We loved the coffee that was made by the staff in the breakfast area. The Costa machines that made coffee were not good. Too strong and not very good tasting. Really liked how nice the staff were.

I have bad asthma, so one can’t go by me! But the minute I walked in, i smelled a musty, mildewy, damp smell!! My room had a dehumidifier that was overflowing and wasn’t empty! I started coughing and sneezing and having respiratory issues! They changed my room and I spent the night in a different room, but in the morning i was wheezing and had to leave the hotel! The staff was absolutely wonderful, they tried really hard to help me !! I can’t say enough good things about the kind helpful staff! But unfortunately i can never stay in this hotel again!! The air quality is just awful

Check-in was really smooth thanks to Cleveland! He was great. Property is nice it's pretty much in the center of everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. Not a fan of the shower though, as the doors kept sliding closed

Property was what I would expect from Holiday Inn Express. However, three separate times on our first night, as late as 10:30, there was something beeping. I called the front desk each time and while they said they would check, the third time I was told they didn’t shear anything the last time, almost as if they didn’t believe me. And I had to call on my cell phone because the room phone didn’t work. I received a text the next day from HIE and mentioned it, and it was fixed right away. So thank you!

I was looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on my road trip to Miami. This Holiday Inn was right off the freeway and easy to check in. It was a great place to get a good nights sleep and even a quick workout in the gym in the morning. Definitely recommend!
