First night they gave me a terrible room I couldn’t sleep on that night because of bed , they put one of the bed on uneven floor( two bed base was on step )and there wasn’t any space to move it Room was for 4 people air condition wasn't be able to cool enough, when I reserved the room photos of the-room was different, I complain at reception and I asked for change the room but he told me we don’t have any other room till tomorrow

I've stayed in Venice quite a few times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The area is lovely where visitors mix with locals and enjoy very good food. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is excellent, considering it's size, and the ladies who look after it are welcoming. Best of all about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially all the reception staff. Mustafa was a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful with our planning to visit the islands. I'd wholehearted recommend this hotel and when I return I will stay there again.

Marked this down as two for staff because the lady who serves breakfast is really angry and hostile. She made us feel very uncomfortable on both occasions we went for breakfast. Otherwise the rest of the staff are brilliant. Really friendly and helpful reception staff and housekeeping.

Amazing family hotel. Very clean and everyone was super nice. Breakfast also excellent. Location is really good only 10-15 minutes walking to the main attraction. We really enjoyed staying there.

The people working there are so friendly and welcoming! Great location near countless restaurants, a bustling street of people shopping, eating, and socializing. Amazing breakfast every morning!!! And very close to a couple vaporetto stops.

Our stay was amazing! The service was top-notch, and we were delighted to receive a newly renovated room. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of the Castle area, yet conveniently located just a one-minute walk from a supermarket and several excellent restaurants. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Everything was excellent, especially Mustafa, the person who is in charge of the customer service. He guided and supported us every single day. They give us all the way on 3 floor there is no elevator to bring your luggage to 3 floor. When I ask the someone to help us to bring the luggage down stair they don’t have any help to bring it down. I request for 1 floor they say no don’t have other rooms. And I see the lots of room was empty.

Very nice renovated home like hotel. Very close to all the most importance landmarks in Venice. Walking distance to the port. Very nice staff. The front desk manager and the night staff Mustafa were all very nice. The have a special policy to make you feel safe to stay in the town.

Our front desk clerk Moustafa (sp?) was awesome. He was welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately our room had mosquitos…and the alley leading to the hotel was littered with garbage.

This is an old property converted to a hotel so rooms and access are not uniform and stairs are part of the experience. Outlets were sparse, but toilets were modern, and AC was comfortable.
