We departed this property the morning of November 6th.This property is not as described on VRBO!Disappointed with this property. Actually disgusted.This property is definitely NOT “Luxury”….. and this property is very dated.Parking area not maintained and stuff just sitting around.Keys were unsecured when we arrived; key box was flopped open and keys just laying there, visible.This property had an unpleasant odor, possibly Febreze, an odor that I cannot tolerate.Some of the furniture was different than the photos and not in a good way. Beds were not comfortable.Please note that all reviews are 2 years old.Tried to open bedroom to “air out” but windows are “terminally” old and corroded and jammed, but finally opened.The property was only partially cleaned.The kitchen was ”sort of” equipped, as long as we could locate kitchen things in the dining room buffet. (toaster, eating utensils, etc.)Thought that we would make the best of things…………UNTIL a LIVE COCKROACH joined us. Where there is one living cockroach, there usually are many more!We tried to contact the “host”, Austin, but received NO REPLY.We packed up and MOVED OUT!Next day---still NO REPLY from Austin!Next day---still NO REPLY. See attached contact attempt.We expect a refund for the nights not occupied by our party.
