Große Wohnung, leider ungeeignet für eine Belegung mit 6 Personen
Die Wohnung ist in einem tollen Jugendstil / Artdeco Haus auf dem Lido. Mit einem sehr schönen Balkon.Der Kontakt mit der den freundlichen und sympathischen Vermietern war bestens.
Die Beschreibung der Lage sollte im Inserat genauer sein. Die Via Dandolo ist eigentlich eine sehr ruhige Strasse. Leider liegt die Wohnung sehr nahe an der Via Sandro Gallo, einer der Hauptverkehrsstrasse des Lidos, d.h. die Wohnung liegt an Lido Verhältnissen gemessen im Hörbereich einer lauten Strasse. Entsprechend laut ist es in der Wohnung.
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen, dafür ist die Aufteilung der Wohnung nicht geeignet. Ein Zimmer ist eine gefangenes Zimmer und muss durch einen Schlafraum betreten werden, das ist natürlich ungeschickt und aus der Beschreibung nicht zu ersehen. Darauf sollte hingewiesen werden. Der etwas lieblos in die Beschreibung eingestellte Grundriss ergibt keine Information darüber, mangels Beschriftung. Diese gefangene Zimmer ist der Wintergarten, den kann man meiner Meinung nicht als abgeschlossenes Zimmer definieren. Dieser ist lediglich 1, 80 meter breit, möbliert einem sehr großen Schrank ( 2 meter breit ) und einem Hometrainer ausgestattet. Dieses Zimmer ist eigentlich die Abstellkammer der Wohnung.
Das Sechste Bett ist gemäß der Beschreibung ein Sofa, dieses steht im Wohnzimmer, d.h. bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen gibt es kein richtiges Wohnzimmer mehr.
Der Balkon ist wirklich schön, leider sind hier auch nur 4 Stühle vorhanden, es wäre schön, wenn eine Wohnung für 6 Personen vermietet wird dass es auch 6 Stühle auf der Terrasse gäbe.
Angesichts des Preises der Wohnung ist die Küche dafür absolut nicht adäquat eingerichtet. Die allermeisten Dinge sind nur Maximal 6 fach vorhanden ( Masser Gabel Löffel Teller Trinkgläser) , so dass immer sofort gespült werden muss, der Komfort einer Spülmaschine wird damit hinfällig. Das Geschirr ist auch eher ein liebloses Sammelsurium und ästhetisch nicht besonders ansprechend. Grundausstattung einer Küche (= Bratpfanne, Schneebesen) sind nicht vorhanden, das Kühlschranklicht funktioniert nicht, die Türen der Einbauküche hängen schief und schließen nicht richtig.
In den Bädern gibt es insgesamt auch nur 4 Aufhänge Vorrichtungen für Handtücher, hier scheint sich auch niemand Gedanken gemacht zu haben wie 6 Personen unterkommen.
Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist durch eine Treppenhaus, hier sind allerhand Dinge abgestellt und wirkt rumpelig.

Charmante Jugendstilwohnung mit Patina in bester Lage
Wer besonderes Flair sucht, wird sich in den hohen Räumen mit den wunderschönen venezianischen Böden und den beiden kleinen Terrassen sicher wohl fühlen. Wer immer und überall denselben Komfort-Standard braucht, vermutlich weniger. Perfekte Lage, um sowohl den Lido als auch den Centro Storico zu erkunden. Sehr zuvorkommende & stilvolle Gastgeber.
