We are located near Venice for travel, work and short rentals at an affordable price! The structure has: three eco-suites on the second floor (attic) and 2 tourist rental apartments on the ground floor. Services available and included in the price: - Maximum accommodation for 2+2 people - Kitchenette - Microwave oven - Dishwasher - Espresso machine - Double bed and sofa-bed - Complete set of sheets and towels, - Hot water obtained from solar panels, - Air conditioning with photovoltaic energy, - Integrated heating system with photovoltaic energy, - Smart TV and WIFI, - Two terraces at your disposal, one of which is for the exclusive use of guests, - Indoor parking space monitored 24/7, - Hair dryer and equipment for personal hygiene, - Bathroom with shower and window, - Electric car charging wallbox for guest use, - Final cleaning included, - Helpful advice personally from the native Venice owners who stay on the first floor of the house and who will welcome you personally. Other useful information: - The suites are located in the modern attic on the third level of the villa. You will have to walk 40 steps without a lift; upon your arrival you will find the rooms clean and sanitized. - For stays longer than 3 days, towels will be replaced every 3 days and sheets every 7 days. Cleaning will be performed every 7 days or on request with supplement. - Check-in: from 13.00 to 22.00. studio fonctionnel et propre à 5 minutes max du bus

Studio à proximité du Bus et du Tram (5min max). 20 min de Venise max en bus, avec passage bus et Tram toutes les 20/30 minutes, même le week-end. Attilio vous explique très clairement le fonctionnement du studio, (lave vaisselle appréciable), l'accès aux transports, les magasins. Endroit très sécurisé, bien que les lieux soient plutôt résidentiels (il y a une route devant). Parking fermé, studios situés au 2 ème étage, avec terrasse très appréciable. Le studio est très bien équipé. Il y a même des condiments, petites boissons, serviettes, liquide vaisselle, dosettes café...tout pour vous mettre à l'aise lors de votre arrivée. Les lieux sont très propres.
