The apartment measures around 65 sq/m and has plenty of windows facing Rio della Verona, a very romantic canal where you'll see the typical Venetian Gondolas passing by.
The apartment is located on the first floor, and is elegantly furnished and decorated with a mix of modern and classic pieces.
Kitchen is fully equipped and faces a large and bright living room. On the other side of the apartment there are a master bedroom and an office room with optional sofa bed for a third guest.
Bathroom is brand new and very modern.
Floor wooden boards are cut and finished from old "Bricole" (typical venetian lagoon wooden poles for indicating limits of navigable channels to boats)
On the ground floor of the building there is a private laundry room.
Many shops, grocery stores, bars and restaurants at walking distance, as well as typical Bacari.
Vaporetto (public transport boat) stops are located at 5 minutes walking distance.
