This apartment is on the ground floor, one single large space, divided by wooden walls into a living and dining area and bathrooms and bedrooms on one side and the kitchen on the other side. Superb furniture, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen are surely the perfect ingredients for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. We can add another single bed in the apartment for an extra guest, if required.

Excellent choice to book in Venice. Apartment’s comfortable and well appointed ted and the area is close to all venues. Highly recommended. Only problem is that there’s construction going on at the neighbours lot.

Loft experience

The lofty atmosphere of the appartment was very special. And the decoration of the house done perfectly. Also the fact that the appartment was furnished with personal stuff of the owner, gave us the feeling that we were welcome. The agency renting us the house was very helpful in all regards. Thank you all.

Golden Branch

We visit Venice often but this was a special one. Our post pandemic holiday began with meeting the gracious and knowledgeable Red House host, Marco. Five minutes in from Zaccaria vaporetto stop is Ca’ del’Oro. The apartment was just as it is pictured, having a spacious and tastefully designed living/dinning area, a well equipped kitchen, two lovely bathrooms and a very comfortable bedroom. After 5 days in this treasure we did not want to leave. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Venice. Many thanks to you,Marco for a lovely introduction to the Golden Branch.
