The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay, including a ceramic hob, electric filter coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and more.

The bathroom boasts a modern shower tray. Enjoy all the comforts with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, high-speed wifi, and satellite TV with over 500 channels.

Located facing the marina, the apartment offers a south-facing orientation and fantastic views of the harbor, allowing you to savor breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Two of the best beaches in the area, Playa de la Caleta and Playa del Puerto, are just a few steps away. Additionally, the area is filled with fabulous restaurants where you can indulge in delicious local cuisine, including espetos and a variety of fresh seafood.
