El apartamento está bien situado,cerca de la playa y en una zona con tiendas y restaurantes Está limpio y cuenta con lo básico para estar cómodo No hay perchas para colgar la ropa y en la cocina faltan sartenes,el toldo de la terraza está muy deteriorado y corre el riesgo de romperse del todo. Por otra parte tiene un problema importante,a pesar de estar limpio aparecen cucarachas,lo que resulta muy desagradable
