We stayed here during the festival and was rather disappointed by the hotel. It is well located with good access to the railway station and large underground car park close by. The bedroom however had poor air conditioning for a warm location (in July), the bathroom was full of flies and the shower was terrible. It is build in the bath, but with no shield whatsoever, so you're pretty much guaranteed to soak the bathroom floor. For the price paid, I'd expect a lot more.

This is a larger hotel in Avignon a quick walk to/from the train station. It is also across (ish) the street from the tourist information office where many day tours meet. The room was good sized and quite clean. It is also quiet at night even though it was facing the street. The air conditioning seemed to work okay as I visited during an especially warm time. The staff is friendly and helpful. During my stay a tour group was also staying here as during breakfast many of the tables were reserved with a placard with the name of the company. I was able to get a table though, the staff helps to seat you. The breakfast selections were wide and refilled quickly when running low.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay. The coffee could be better though. The problem with the hotel was that the air-conditioning was not strong enough to make the room cool during hit summer days.

Good hotel within the old walls and very near the station. All the sites are with easy walking distance. The price was very good value. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a mini bar - not important to me but it had a fridge. Although on the main road, our room was quiet and nothing disturbed us. The shower was broken but was fixed immediately on being asked. The hotel did have a bar but it was only open for a short time in the evening and closed far too early - before 9. Definitely worth staying here.

This hotel is an easy walk from the train station, the room quality was very clean and well serviced. The staff were exceptional I would have no doubt in recommending this hotel for your visit. We used it as a base for a week in Avignon. We took the room only option as we wanted to breakfast out, and that turned out well, lots of cafes in the area.

We were en route from Liguria to the Dordogne and have never seen the famous Pont d'Avignon so chose this hotel after looking at various internet review sites. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to see ( Bridge, Palace des Papes) and all within easy walking distance. The hotel has valet parking which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant recommended by the receptionist was terrific. As another reviewer stated, brown seems to be a popular colour for French hotel rooms but ours was comfortable, roomy and quiet with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was very good if a little noisy due to the many other residents as we all chose to eat at the same time. Whilst not being the most modern or chic design, this hotel suited our requirements well and was very good value for money

Stayed as part of a package but would return. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Brown seems a popular colour for bedrooms in France. So convenient for everything in Avignon. Reception staff v helpful, booked taxi when we needed one. They were friendly and remembered you, especially at breakfast. Only specified my drink on first morning after that he just confirmed it. Good variety for continental breakfast. Large lounge area and bar. Has a lift too. Room was at the front 3rd floor but not noisy.

We booked at the Bristol because of its proximity to the train station and its having an elevator. We were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the carpet is a bit worn in the halls, but the room had flooring, not carpet, and was very clean. Small room but it worked well for us for three nights. Attentive staff, always pleasant, both at the front desk and in the breakfast room. It is not very far between the rail station and the Palais des Papes, the main attraction in town, so being near the station was not a drawback. We thought the breakfast was fine; if you want a full breakfast, you would pay the same price at restaurants up the street, without the convenience of staying in the building. If you just want a croissant and a drink, go elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in serious need of remodeling. Although the room was spacious, it was dated and not very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpul. The location was good as everything you would want to do in beautiful Avignon was within walking distance. However, overall we would not recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is close to the city center and you can visit all by walking. The room is confortable and nice with all the facilities. The breakfast is delicious and various. Defenitely, excellent and is worth
