Parfaitement conforme à l'annonce

Studio avec une terrasse très au calme ( pas un bruit la nuit) très bien situé pour parcourir le golfe du Morbihan. À 30 mn à pieds du centre de Vannes et d'une plage. Parking privé très pratique.

location agréable

Malgré un petit espace cette location est très fonctionnelle, conforme aux photos. La terrasse et le parc ombragé sont un plus, le calme du lieu est aussi très agréable. Très proche du centre de Vannes (5/10 mn en voiture). Le propriétaire est charmant et très accueillant. Nous avons passé un agréable Week-end.
