    A very good flat, spacious for 2, quiet, in pleasant surroundings and well equipped. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, especially in meeting us on arrivalThe flat is about 25 to 20 mins walk from the town centre along a quiet road and the towpath beside the yacht moorings.

    Séjour à Vannes

    L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est situé dans une résidence très calme, proche du port et du centre-ville. Il est propre, lumineux avec un grand balcon. La place de parking numérotée est appréciable. Un grand merci à Jocelyne et son mari pour leur accueil et pour les produits locaux offerts qui ont été appréciés ! Je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cette location si je dois, à l'avenir, revenir à Vannes. J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Jean-Christophe

    Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour chez Jocelyne. L appartement est parfaitement equipe, propre et tres bien localise. Jocelyne est une hote tres attentionnée des petites douceur pour nous acceui vraiment charmant..et très disponible et soucieuse du bien etre de ses locataires. Je conseille à 100% cet appartement convivial ou nous nous sommes senti tres bien meme avec un Bebe de 2 ans! Merci Jocelyne pour cette superbe semaine à Vannes chez vius!     Appartement propre, bien décoré, bien équipé avec une belle terrasse plein sud. Hôte très accueillante. 15 mn pour aller à pied au centre ville en longeant le port. Très calme. Pas de wifi et la 5G est très faible, pour ceux pour qui s'est important.

    Très bel accueil de la part de l'hôtesse. Informations pertinentes sur les lieux à voir. À ne pas manquer, l'Île des Moines. L'emplacement se trouve tout près du Vieux Vannes, en plus, on y trouve une vrai cuisine, parfait pour s'installer sur de longs séjours. En plus, tellement de choses à voir dans la région. Nous recommandons chaudement.

    N’hésitez surtout pas

    Nous avons découvert Vannes et ses environs sans oublier Belle Île en mer. L’appartement situé à 1km du centre de Vannes était très clair, spacieux, convivial avec son grand balcon ensoleillé, tout est fait pour passer un très agréable séjour. Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à le louer d’autant que la propriétaire est très disponible et agréable

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vannes. La propriétaire est très aimable et nous la remercions pour son accueil. L'appartement est très cosy, très propre et lumineux, on s'y sent bien, il est très bien équipé, tout y est, comme à la maison et bénéficie d'un grand balcon plein sud et d'une place de parking, qui sont un avantage certain. Il est idéalement situé, au cœur d'une résidence, au calme, tout en étant proche du port et des commerces (5 minutes et 10 minutes à pieds). Séjour parfait !!!
