We offer this charming 60 m² house for rent in Vannes, less than a kilometre from Conleau beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy an enclosed garden and a terrace of around 60 m².

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 60 m² garden, with a wooden terrace and furniture to enjoy the sunny days: table, parasol, deckchairs...

The owners will provide you with 2 mountain bikes so you can make the most of the nearby coastal paths and the Conleau peninsula, which has a small, very pleasant family beach.

- If you choose to come by car, parking is free in and around the street.

Quartier très calme, beaucoup de sentiers à parcourir, Vannes est très sympa ainsi que ses habitants. Si vous y passez, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Pretty accommodation with modern furnishing

The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Even two bikes are in the garden shed. Everything was tidy and almost in new condition. The surrounding is calm, no big traffic on the street. Next supermarket is available in 10 min foot walk, 5 min car driving. The harbour of Vannes can be reached in 10-15 min bike ride or 35 to 40 min foot walk. For me and my family (14 year old kid) it was perfect. We were very lucky as the weather was always fine. I really can recommend this house for your next holiday.
