The night manager promised to move us to the water front view for an additional $10 per night. It was supposed to happen the next day. She forgot to do it the next day and when we asked the day manager, the hotel manager said it will be $35 and he is not honoring his night manager decision. The reason why, he said we are booked and only two rooms available plus we booked through a third party. This is horrible on their part and they seem very unprofessional.

Found out when i got there that when i booked the room the date defaulted to the same day i booked the room. Was advised my stadd this has occurred with other guests. Advised to email GM for refund for night i didn't stay. Lucky they had a room for me rhat night. So far I've emailed the GM twice with no response. Would be a higher review if this had been resolved. Staff on site were great.

River view faces a large building. Pool and hot tub weren’t working. Room is dated. Awkward long check in, when we just wanted to get some sleep at midnight not listen to front staff talking for 20 minutes about random facts he thought were interesting instead of giving us the hotel keys and let us sleep! Dude, no offence but we were tired and you wouldn’t let us get to our room, you kept talking for sooo long about a million things in your life that had nothing to do with us. Super awkward forced interaction.
