Close to beach but a distance from most restaurants.

Unfortunately I think we must have been the first visitors to have stayed this year so property damp. The ‘laundry room’ was a washing machine in a small shower room.The property is quite far out from the restaurants in the town centre but there is a bus. The host was very nice and we managed to communicate with his limited English and our limited French.We paid for secure parking across a main road from the property but don’t think this is necessary as there is parking outside the property.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en plein mois d’Aout. Didier est un hôte très sympathique, très accueillant et à l’écoute. La maison est idéalement située. Assez loin de la ville pour être calme, il y a le nécessaire juste à côté ( presse, tabac, épicerie, pain , viennoiserie m, pharmacie et restaurant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht! Und ist perfekt gelegen für einen entspannten Strandurlaub. Strand direkt vor der Tür und auch kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super zu Fuß (2 Minuten) zu erreichen.Didier, der Vermieter, wohnt gleich oben und ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr nett!Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gern mal wieder!

sehr freundlicher Vermieter. teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung, aber funktionell. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine müsste mal ersetzt werden. Wäscheständer für hintere Terrasse fehlt.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern für zwei Wochen zu Gast in Valras-Plage und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist geräumig genug, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sehr sauber. Es gibt alle Möglichkeiten, zu kochen und die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten entweder auf der Terrasse oder im Garten zu genießen. Der Strand ist wenige Meter entfernt. Am Wasser und am Strand ist es im Vergleich zu anderen Küstenabschnitten ruhig und angenehm. Didier ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei ihm zu Hause sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir danken Didier sehr!

L'appartement au rez-de-chaussée est idéalement situé pour une famille avec des enfants, en effet, il possède un accès direct à la plage. Il y a deux terrasses, une donnant côté mer, idéale pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. La seconde terrasse située côté opposé est ombragée et si situe dans un petit jardin et dispose d'un barbecue. Le bien comprend tout le nécessaire. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Petit bémol pour la salle d'eau qui est très petite mais elle contient une machine à laver ce qui est un plus. Le propriétaire, Didier, occupe l'étage. Il est très sympathique, prévenant et toujours à l'écoute pour donner de bons conseils. Je conseille de louer le garage qui est situé à une cinquantaine de mètres de l'appartement dans une résidence sécurisée accessible avec un badge. En effet, les places de parking sont rares dans les environs et les rues assez étroites. Je recommande cette location, nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Ideale Ferienwohnung mit Hund direkt am Strand

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung unmittelbar an der Düne. Dahinter gleich der Strand. Keine 50m entfernt. Kleiner Laden und Apotheke um die Ecke. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Mir war wichtig, daß meine Hunde einen abgeschlossenen Hof haben, damit ich sie nicht immer einfach anleinen muss. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Der Vermieter, Herr Bompart, bewohnt das Obergeschoss. Er ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, hält sich aber diskret zurück. Der kilometerlange Strand ist schön zum Wandern auch mit Hund und in jeder Strandbar bekommt dieser auch sofort frisches Wasser. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Am vollen Strand ist der Hund aber nicht so gerne gesehen. Am frühen Morgen und Abend kein Problem.

Un petit coin de paradis

Appartement bien équipé et très agréable entre cour et jardin. Nous avons toujours pu bénéficier de l’ombre et de la fraîcheur pour prendre nos repas dehors. Situation exceptionnelle à quelques mètres d’une plage de sable fin propre. Hôte attentionné. Merci merci beaucoup !

Die Übergabe hat super geklappt. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht das alles in Ordnung ist und sehr freundlich. Küche und Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist eng. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett im Zimmer beim Eingang ist instabil. Wir haben es genossen, vor allem die Lage am Strand ist top, und nicht überlaufen. 👍😀

Très bon séjour !

Nous venons de passer deux semaines très agréable dans une maison très charmante avec son propriétaire très sympathique et très à l'écoute. Maison très propre et bien équipée avec une literie irréprochable,sa terrasse et sa cour ombragée avec son coin barbecue à embelli nos soirées. Idéal pour une famille car la plage est à quelle que mettre avec une mer peu profonde. Les commerces de première nécessité sont à proximité. A refaire !!

Le logement idéal

Logement idéalement placé, il suffit de marcher quelques mètres pour accéder directement à la plage. Très propre et avec une literie de qualité, le propriétaire des lieux est très accueillant et n'est pas avare de conseils pour que votre séjour se passe de façon optimale. Très propre et bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité. Notre désir était de ne pas avoir à se déplacer avec les voitures durant notre séjour, et nous avons été comblés. Il y a tout à proximité, bureau de tabac, supérette, primeur... Les marchés sont également à l'honneur au centre-ville, les lundi et vendredi. Le centre-ville n'est d'ailleurs qu'à 30 minutes de marche, ce qui fait une belle promenade en longeant la plage. Bref, un séjour de qualité dans un logement idéalement placé et avec un propriétaire bien agréable.

Sehr netter Kontakt.

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund in der Wohnung und hatten ausreichend Platz. Es gibt 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem 1.40m Bett. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und bietet Platz für zwei wetere Personen. Es gibt einen Fernseher, Toaster, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit Backofen. Hinter dem Haus ist ein gemütlicher Garten. Zur Strandseite ien Sitzplatz mit einem Gartenschlauch zum Abspülen des Sandes. Alles in allem eine geräumige Wohnung nur Bad und Küche sind etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kaution wurde innerhalb weniger Tage zurückerstattet. Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist, dass es auf den Bilder so aussieht, als ob man das Meer vom Sitzplatz aus sehen kann. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall. Der Sitzplatz zum Strand ist mit einer Mauer versehen und liegt tiefer als die Düne davor. Deshalb kann man nur auf die Düne schauen. Das hat uns sehr getäuscht, da die Bilder mit Merrblick von der Wohnung des Vermieters aus gemacht worden sind. Der Weg zum Strand dauert 30 Sekunden und der Strand ist sehr schön, sauber und unendlich lang. Hunde sind nicht gerne gesehen. Man kann nur bis 11.10 Uhr und ab 18.30 Uhr mit dem Hund an den Strand. In Portiragnes gibt es jedoch einen Hundestrand, man fährt ca. 15 Minuten dort hin. Ausflüge nach Bezier, Narbonne und Montpellier sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert. Leider gibt es bei schlechtem Wetter kein Schwimmbad in der Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und wünschen Herrn Bompart alles Gute!!

Nous avons passé une semaine super avec un logement très agréable.Rien ne manquait.La possibilité de pouvoir avoir une terrasse de chaque coté est vraiment très bien. L’ accés à la mer est à moins de 15 mètres.Quelle mélodie agréable de la mer après une bonne journée visite en ayant juste à sortir sur la terrasse ou ouvrir la petite fenêtre de la cuisine.Le salon c'est comme une petite bulle de paix.L'internet est de bonne qualité;bonne literie.Le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympathique et discret tout en étant accessible pour renseignement.Je recommande!

Ideale Ferienwohnung für Frankreichurlaub mit Hund

Die sehr saubere Ferienwohnung ist komplett und zweckmäßig für einen angenehmen Urlaub eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr ruhig (Sackgasse, nur für Anlieger) aber dennoch nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Der kilometerlange Sandstrand ist direkt hinter dem Schutzdeich gelegen und bequem in ca. 50 Metern erreicht. Für Hundebesitzer interessant: Sowohl die wunderschöne Terrasse als auch der Hof vor der Wohnung sind komplett abgeschlossen, so daß man das Tier ohne Leine laufen lassen kann. Auf der Terrasse ist ein Wasseranschluß mit Schlauch für die Reinigung von Mensch und Tier nach einem Strandaufenthalt. Bis ca. 10:30 h morgens und ab 18:30h abends kann man mit Hund an den Strand. Valras ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch von Bezier, Narbonne, Carcassonne usw. Besonders haben wir Spaziergänge mit Hund am Canal de Midi genossen. Der im Obergeschoss wohnende Vermieter , Monsieur Bompart, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hält sich aber diskret im Hintergrund. Fazit: Diese Ferienwohnung ist ideal für einen entspannten Frankreichurlaub mit Hund.
