Recently refurbished apartment with an EXCELLENT DESIGN.
2 rooms with heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Smart TV.
Its layout and size makes it perfect for 1 couple, 2 couples, families or up to 6 friends. The apartment is located close to the Church of San Pablo, the National Museum of Sculpture and the Zorrilla House-Museum. It is also a few minutes' walking from the Plaza Mayor and its surroundings, where the main shops and restaurants of the city can be found.
Fully EQUIPPED.

Access to the portal is free of architectural barriers and has a lift on the floor, therefore it is ideal for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
Both the distribution and decoration of the apartment have been designed to achieve a very cozy and functional space where you can feel at home.
The apartment is newly renovated and is in immaculate condition. It has heating and air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and SmartTV.

The apartment has a spacious living-dining room with a 43'' SmartTV and a sofa bed for 2 people, a work desk and a dining table. It also has a nice and pleasant balcony with furniture and artificial grass.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, hood, microwave, Nesspreso coffee machine, toaster... complete kitchenware with pans, pots, cutlery, crockery and different utensils.

You will receive the instructions after your reservation, a few days before your stay.
Our goal is to make visitors feel at home, and therefore we leave the apartment fully equipped, impeccable and ready for occupancy, with sheets and towels.
Guests will have our personal contacts so that they can reach us at all times.

The apartment is in a traditional area of the city with all kinds of services, stores, supermarkets, bars, restaurants... Parking in the area is not regulated and therefore free of charge. From the apartment you can comfortably walk to most of the tourist attractions of the city as well as to the restaurants, main shopping and leisure streets in about 10 minutes.

Walking is the most convenient way to get around the area. Everything can be accessed in 2 to 15 minutes. You can also take the city bus that stops very close to the apartment. A cab from the train station is just over €5. The airport is located 13km away.

Cleaning and disinfection after each stay following the established sanitary protocols.
We include tea and coffee capsules, and as a courtesy some pastries to complete breakfast.
Registration before arrival at the apartment is mandatory for all visitors over 16 years of age.
For stays longer than one week, cleaning will be offered and will be charged separately.
