First of all DO NOT get confused between "NH Valencia Center" and "Hotel Valencia Center". My travel advisor had shown me pictures of the former and booked the latter. However, Hotel Valencia Center was altogether a nice experience. The in-room service was very good and very prompt. I had this weighing machine not in working condition which was replaced immediately. You can get a pillow menu too. The Gymnasium is not up to the mark. The pool will not enthuse you. Breakfast options are limited but are good in quality. I am not sure if I will be visiting again.

Although the hotel is about 5 min in taxi to centre it’s in great location. 15min walk to marina, 5 min to science centre & river . Rooms are good size & breakfast & service above avg. couple good restaurants near by. Only complaint you couldn’t change the ac settings.

Convenient hotel in very good location, fine breakfast, polite personal , large and enlighted room. The price was just moderate , good value. A few minutes from the science museum and the largest aquarium in Europe .

Nice enough hotel, however the bathrooms were not cleaned properly during our stay - pity because it would have just taken for them to have cleaned the bath! Nice location, just by bus n 19 bus that takes you into the old town or the beach!

good breakfast, not bad rooms: standard size, clean, comfortable bed far from center, metro is about 15 minutes to walk, terrible service on reception desk, dirty dishware. Actually it is not 4 stars hotel

We have just returned from a week here. It is a nice hotel although not particularly cheap. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet although I thought this too was overpriced for a couple of coffees and some toast. The swimming pool is a bit of a joke. On the hotels publicity it looks as if it is a reasonable size. it was one of the reasons I booked here - I have seen pocket handkerchiefs that were bigger! On the plus side the hotel staff were generally helpful and friendly and room service was good

Great hotel with very friendly staff, the breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. The location is in the new town and with a short trip is near of old town also.Valencia is amazing and for sure if we came back will choose the same hotel.

This hotel is ideally situated to visit both the old and new areas of Valencia. It is a few minutes walk to the Oceanarium and approximately a pleasant 40 minute walk through gardens to the Old city. The hotel has underground parking which is very tight for large cars. It has three parking levels and you have to go down to the lowest level to get the lift to reception. It is very tight and there are a few automatic doors to negotiate. We had a junior suite which overlooked the road and nearby buildings. The room was very hot and is centrally controlled so you could not adjust the controls. We had to open windows to cool the room which let in road noise! The room was clean and tidy but the safe did not work, we had to call someone to fix it, the heated towel rail did not work and neither the plugs in the bath or wash basin worked properly. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a good range of choices. There are restaurants within easy walking distance

Loved the location. Near the new stuff, not too far from the old. I remember dinner well (bland paella), breakfast well (OK, with the advantage of getting to see the staff take back food from hoarders when they tried to leave with a roll), but for the life of me the room is a faint memory (clean, quiet, nice). They lobby and staff small. Noticed my tour company now uses a different hotel.

Stayed in a Junior suite for our anniversary and could not have been happier. Great location, great staff, great food and room service close to fabulous shopping and wonderful tourist attractions. The no. 19 bus one way takes you straight to the old city one way and the most beautiful beach the other and it’s at your door step, just fabulous.
