Used this hotel for a two night stay and city visit. Booked a suite so plenty of room to spread. Welcome at reception was good and help given how to access the city. Breakfast was average and a little busy on one day. Bus stop right outside to catch the Number 19 straight to the city centre in 10 minutes and the same for return. Easy walk to the science park etc. from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around if you do not want to eat in the hotel. Parking on site but access very tight!
This one is placed just 3 minutes away from The City of Arts & Science, so you can enjoy this great area of the city where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are nice and clean with a cosy feeling, prices are very good considering a pretty late booking around Christmas time.
A typical 4* hotel close to the City of the Arts and Sciences with no exceptional features. The room we had could not have been smaller. The bathroom so small it was difficult to use the facilities comfortably. The breakfast buffet had fresh fruits and orange juice but the hot dishes were all pre-cooked and not to order. The pastries were not of the highest quality. The hotel could not be recommended for a longer stay.
This hotel is well placed to get to the Valencia circuit The hotel is top notch, very attentive staff, incredibly reasonable price for room, for MotoGP races expect to pay for the room in advance. The rooms are very clean and have everything you’ll need, there’s a mini bar in the fridge below the tv well there was in the room I had. The shower/bathroom is fully stocked and tidy, house keeping are thorough. This hotel offers parking at 12 euros per night, this is ok but the access to the underground parking is so tight you risk scratching your car on the way down. I stayed one night then opted to park on the road. Breakfast can be paid for either the room or signed for on a daily basis if used. The food is ok, cooked eggs and bacon, mushrooms, lots of breads coffee choices the list is endless. I like this place a lot, less ok out for Mr Garcia, he’s a good bloke Oh yes before I forget: checkout is at 12:00
Lovely friendly hotel, staff are helpful. Breakfast was not part of our package but looked good. Plenty of local cafes nearby City of Arts. There is a about a 20 min walk to beach and marina. About 40/50 mins to the city along the very pleasant green river bed. Room was fine, everything worked and there was a place to rest suitcases. Bed was a bit hard but otherwise no complaints.
The staff was great.Breakfast was included ,rooms were clean enough. No problem with Wi-FI .What I liked best - is a pool on the roof,)There"s a gym as well. Bus 19 stops in front of hotel,so you can easily go to the sea and old city. Recommended )
Decent Hotel double beds pushed together no clocks in room .no place to rest your luggage had to lay bags on floor .Towel heating tack that didn't work .other than that I got a decent night sleep the staff is friendly and accomaditive
Hotel at the new part of town, close to Calatravas artworks. You cannot reach old town on foot, so I guess that this hotel is not so central. We arrived at 1410 hours but our room was not ready wet, so we had to wait. Typical breakfast.
We booked a non-smoking double room but when we arrived we had been given a smoking room instead. When we complained and asked to move, we were told the only other room they had available was a twin room with the two beds pushed together. This was annoying but not really a problem.... except the beds were so hard that neither of us slept for most of the weekend. The room was basic but fine for a short stay. A bit dirty - both beds had sand on top of them and the bath was unclean. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room which we found very strange; the mini-bar hadn't been restocked and the safe didn't open. Didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the food, but there are some good restaurants on the same street. The parking is INCREDIBLY tight -you will really struggle to get into the carpark if you have a big car and the walls are covered in paint from cars who have tried! Overall, this hotel is okay for an overnight stay but is in no way a 4* hotel or worth the money that we paid.
Location was okay, close to the arts and science centre, and the receptionist was helpful in giving a map and bus route info for other places. The hotel is quite short on space, the bar is very small and so is the restaurant. The barman one night seemed a bit non communicative although in general the staff were great. Except the cleaners, who one day took away one of our key cards from our room so we had to get new ones. 2 days later, the new ones stopped working so we got more new ones. Nobody seemed to eat in the restaurant, when we ordered food they had to phone the chef to come from wherever he/she was to cook. Good paella though. Can't fault the gin...huge glasses, very alcoholic, be careful if you want to drive. The swimming pool on the tenth floor is not much bigger than a jacuzzi, with about 4 sunbeds squeezed in around the edge. The terrace was rubbish, again 4 sunbeds and no view to speak of, which didn't matter as you couldn't see over the balcony wall anyway if you sat down. There was certainly no bar there, as advertised. Next time, we'll go nearer to the old town.
