A good hotel with good facility

Exactly what we needed

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is perfectly located for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. It is also in a very close proximity of two big shopping centres and a variety of restaurants, grill bars and coffee and snacks places Our room was on the first floor, cleaned every morning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. We found it a good value for our money.

We love this hotel. It’s just walking diatance to one of Valencia’s tourist attraction & a huge mall. There is bus stop near the hotel which is very handy if you will go to the nearest metro heading back to the airport. We will definitely use this again if we will travel as a family. They have adjoining rooms.

Mantenimiento deficiente, en la primera noche tuve un problema con la cisterna del WC y me dijeron que la persona de mantenimiento no estaba y no me dieron ninguna alternativa de cambio de hab. Al día siguiente me encontré una cucaracha encima del escritorio y ya me ofrecieron un cambio de hab. Relación con cliente deficiente, cambiaron la contraseña del wifi sin avisar. Gestión pobre para un hotel de 4 estrellas
