The hotel itself was clean and the bed comfortable but it is a basic hotel in the university area of the city. The centre is accessible by bus or underground but in the evening it was a taxi back. The beach was accessible by the tram. Staff were always on reception, but we only found one lady helpful, advising what bus we should use and although we had booked a double room initially we were allocated a twin room. There are places to eat in the area but we struggled with the language barrier. Valencia itself is a stunning city with plenty to do and something for everyone.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was deliciuos, the staff very helpful and the room was big ,modern and clean. The position of the Hotel was central e close to the bus stop ( 3 mins walking) so you could go to the historic center in 15 mins or to the Malva rosa beach or to the Oceanografic and Ciutat de la Ciencies. The hotel is also close to the subway station and to the football Stadium. I suggest going to placa de la Reina and eat a good gelato and a good paella especially if you go to "Rincon 33".

Location was convenient for attending a nearby conference, but not near major tourist attractions. Spacious, clean room, but few amenities. Breakfast was average and not cheap at 9 euros. Small hotel. Easy to get in and out. No bellman or concierge. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely good vale for the cost.

It's a nice hotel if you plan to stay for a short trip. The rooms are clean and look comfortable. They have everything you need, except a toilet brush and a minibar (regular 2-bed room). The service at the lobby is really nice and helpful. The only bad thing is that the walls are thin. Also don't expect much from the breakfast, it's simple. Also it's not very Central, it takes you a 30 minute footwalk to the center.

I paid €54 to stay in that hotel for a night. I was amazingly impressed by the cleanliness, modern deco and space. My room looked more like an apartment or suite, it was a big space with a bed and a sofa. The location is great for Hospital Clinico (5 minutes walk). Extremely good value for money.

Looked for place close to Metro and with breakfast and found this one. The better aspect - staff (patient, helpful and keen). Room - clean but not big. One of the best linen ever seen. Comfortable bed. Metro isn’t close - 10 minutes to go, but 2 lines of Metro from and to Airport (so - really easy; unfortunately- not too easy find if come the first time as Hotel localised at the some first floor of apartment building). Breakfast could be better (omelette was terrible), but coffee was very good. Breakfast is 7.30-10.30 (bit late if you have flight at the morning). Can recommend if you like simple place.

Had a lovely twin beaded room, spacious, quiet and clean. Yes there is no shampoo but shower jel, soap and towels are provided, along with a hairdryer. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is slightly further out of the city centre, but if you are exploring anyway then not a problem, if you share a taxi as we did on occasions between 4 then very reasonable. We didn’t eat breakfast so cannot comment but we did go to the cafe across the road from the hotel entrance to Midas, Avinguda de Catalunya - lovely coffee and croissants. We had a very nice evening meal in the hotel one night, also had lunch at El Bon Menjar, Carrer dels Assaonadors, good value, quiet and sunny street. Lots of nice tapas bars locally as you are situated in a student area. Overall a lovely experience, so much to see and do accompanied by beautiful weather.🌸

from the outside it looks fine and its very clean and modern. the room itself was again very clean and well presented ... however the rooms seem to be made up of stud partioning so you can here every single noise from adjoining rooms and the corridor and worse the constant noise from the residentual flats above , my room looked ourt to the middle of an 8 story high square block , so no light whatsover and an awful view of peoples washing and rubbish , the noise all night made it hard to sleep , it sounded as though there was a helicopter flying around and am led to belive its the noise from the air con units out in the midle of the building ... the location was good for me as i was there to watch a game of football at Valencia CF .. but i wouldnt stay here if i come again ... its ok but the noise was just too much ... shame as its a nice place other than that ... also no coffe or tea making facillites in the room which is a bug bear of mine with many hotels in spain... just put a kettle in there at least.

Four women on a 4 day trip. The rooms were comfortable and large and while it was a busy area the noise level was fine. Reception staff very helpful and one night we ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the food, swordfish, very much.

The hotel is in a good central place. It is easy to visit the city as bus and metro are near by. The staff are very friendly and knows English too. The hotel is clean & comfortable. Highly recommended.
