Staff were courteous and attentive, particularly at breakfast, although the selection of food for breakfast wasn't good.. The room was clean, but not spotless. The bed was comfortable. Quaint hotel in Old Town well located and very walkable. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice big clean room, comfortable beds, very good air conditioning, adorable little balcony looking out onto the street. Large modern bathroom. Breakfast option available for 12 Euros. The staff was not that friendly. The lady that serves breakfast it’s not nice. The shower doesn’t look clean. In my room there was only one nightstand and the side with the outlet for you to charge your phone it’s on the side I didn’t have a nightstand, so my phone had to stay on the floor while being charged.

I think this hotel is nice and well-styled. However, I requested 2 beds and got 1 small double for us 2 friends. It was hard to sleep, and I think we got the smallest room, in a corner. It was efficiently designed, so we could stow our stuff, but I would have appreciated the larger room and 2 beds I thought I had selected.

I enjoyed the character of this hotel and its location for touring the old city on foot is superb. The traffic noise from the main road is noticeable. You cannot drive a car to the hotel due to street restrictions but I was surprised at the availability of free street parking.

The hotel was perfectly located with easy access to Valencia’s charming old town, ideal for exploring the city on foot. After long days of sightseeing, it offered all the comforts we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. Despite its central location, the area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. Although we didn’t have the chance to dine in the restaurant, it looked inviting and well presented. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for a short stay in the centre of Valencia’s old town, comfortable, convenient, and great value for money.
