Singular Stays Quart

Luxurious apartment with extraordinary decoration, white walls and wooden beams on the roof. Its small and cozy balcony gives an extra to the house, giving it light and freshness. It consists of an independent kitchen with a large glass door, which leads to the wonderful living room and the terrace, all fully equipped and with very comfortable furniture. It has two bedrooms, with capacity for six people, and two new bathrooms with shower.

This apartment has the perfect location: in the historic centre of the city of Valencia, specifically up the street from the Mercado Central. Today it is both an important space for the sale of fresh produce, as well as a great cultural and touristic attraction for foreign visitors and even for the Valencians themselves. Within walking distance, you will find the Plaza de la Virgen and its cathedral, as well as an infinity of restaurants and hotels. The lungs of the city are at a short 15-minute walk away, los Jardines del Turia, the old river bed that goes through the city west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.

Great location

This is a very nice property in a great location. Having two bathrooms made it even better. You cannot beat the location. I had to contact the property manager to get help using the electronic key system and they were very helpful and patient. We never were able to access wi-fi, but since it was not a feature mentioned in the listing, I cannot complain. Very nice place and we enjoyed our stay there.

A very nice apartment in an excellent central situation. Would not fit 6 people.

A central apartment close to all amenities. Clean, modern with all essential appliances and two wonderful walk in showers. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was a pull down sofa which wasn’t really suitable for our elderly companion. I cannot see how 6 people could sleep in the apartment but was perfect for the 3 of us. The arrangements for collecting the keys worked perfectly. Very good value.
