Nothing to report, all ok the room except a small problem with AC, friendly and helpful staff and very clean hotel, good location near the city and excellent breakfast with plenty of variety, we recommend.
We were here with my boyfriend in August just for one night before we go to the centre. I speak fluent Spanish so I had no problem talking at the reception (although I believe they talk English as well). Arrived at 11 pm with taxi (which cost 22 euro - I don't really understand why, the hotel is located right next to the airport but probably because he had to take longer ride as here's a highway). Breakfast was decent.
Rooms are OK. Beds and Pillows are comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Only criticism are the lack of a safe and the really poor Wifi. The Wifi was so bad that we ended up connecting via a tour bus that happened to be parked outside. In terms of location, it is 15mins by car from downtown Valencia or 45 mins by bus.The bus is E1.45 and you get it from McDonalds which is a 2 minute walk. You wouldn't want to stay here to explore Valencia city. It's convenient to the motorway network. Hotel parking is free. The big location plus is that it right beside (literally 30 seconds walk) from a big mall with a range of retail shops, outlet shops and restaurants. Breakfast is free and had a varied range and good quality. Coffee was top quality. The hotel's biggest asset was its staff. They spoke great English, were pleasant, happy, friendly and gave useful and accurate advice about the region. (Thanks Carmen!) Good value ... We'd stay again.
Stayed with my family. The hotel is located in a big commercial centre. Plenty of eating options at Las Terraza. There is a supermarket just behind the hotel if you need to buy anything at all. The location of the hotel can be an inconvenience if you do not have a car. The hotel is on the outskirts and the public transport connectivity is poor. With a car, there is no problem at all. The staff is very friendly. Marcos was particularly helpful. The breakfast is good. Rooms are a little small and could have been bigger. Can't complain for the price though. Overall I am satisfied and would return if I had to.
Have used this hotel on numerous occasions in the past and booked with some confidence for another stay. However, the hotel had booked approx. 4 coachloads of children in as well so we were unable to get to eat breakfast as the small dining area was totally overrun. Sleep was hard to come by as the noise reached ridiculous levels up to about 2am. Won't be using this hotel again!! If you are lucky enough to stay when there are no school trips booked in you should be ok.
The hotel is ok it's near a shopping mall and not far from valcinica , you mots diffently need a car, the rooms are very small but they have everything in them , the breakfast was not really good breads coffee and packaged fruit. The juice is instant as well , if you have to pay for it don't waste your money, but if it's free ok just foot the coffee .
In theory this should have been fine, however the hotel had booked two coach loads of school children in as well, so had a sleepless night with kids running up and down the corridors and banging doors, this despite requesting twice to keep the noise down for other guests. The reception advised us the hotel manager would contact us when we checked out after complaining again, so far not a word....don´t expect one to be honest.... The breakfast area looked like a war zone... A complete waste of 62e. might has well have booked the Ibis next door instead....
What a great hotel, good value for money, very clean and modern, a decent enough continental breakfast, the house keeping do a good job on the rooms and the staff are professional, friendly and attentive. This is ideal if staying by the airport as its approx 25€ taxi and it's approx 20 minutes away. The hotel is adjacent to a massive shopping outlet which has lots of eateries and lots of high street stops like Primark etc. If you are wanting to travel to city centre then take bus L160 it's only €1.40 and it's about 45 minutes. The bus stop is literally by McDonald's.
Overall clean and super friendly staff. What bothered me was the toilet was very difficult to flush and a bit of embarrassment to notify them of the issue - nevertheless, the demonstrated that you have to quickly push the flush button on the back of the wall and still there was very little power to it. Additionally, while taking a shower the bottom drain wouldn't open unless you physically held it open. My friend who stayed with me said he had a drain that you simply pick up so he didn't experience that issue. It is walking distance from a large mall with a variety of restaurants and even a grocery store where I was able to buy liter size waters for .25! And a wonderful ice cream shop in the entrance of the grocery store. There were three European plugs so be sure to bring a converter - but they did have a universal electricity outlet in the bathroom.
We enjoyed a recent stay in this clean up to date and well designed hotel. Easy early AM drive to airport. Very helpful and considerate staff went out of their way. A large mall is a few steps away for meals, cinema and varied shopping options. Happy we chose this property.
