Flats Friends Tetuan is a one-bedroom apartment that combines modern decor with original beamed ceilings and exposed stone and brick walls. It is fully furnished to accommodate 4 people with a room with a double bed plus a double sofa bed. From the living room you access the private terrace, perfect for summer days.



When you feel like going out, it is 5 minutes walking from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan de Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!



The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.



NOTE: For bookings involving multiple apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €400 per apartment. This will be refunded if the apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings.
