Anthony is an excellent host, and the apartment suits perfectly for a short stay in Valencia! Situated right next to (behind) CC. Arenas is also very convenient. Check in was smooth and easy! Kitchen facilities are good and as described/pictured. Nice touch with the courtesy basket featuring sachets of coffee, salt, sugar, oil and also little magdalenas! There's isn't a wine bottle opener though (or, not that I found), but this was no problem for us as I always bring my own on a self-catering stay. Loads of cleaning products available too in the under sink cupboard and utility closet (dishwasher tablets, laundry powder, etc).Very kindly left us a bottle of water in the fridge, and also a bottle of wine!Air conditioning works well (and quietly)! For anyone wondering, the road IS noisy at night. I suspect this wouldn't bother anyone who lives in a location with this normal level of ambiental noise. But the location does also make it very simple to access the apt. Easy to get into the centre of Valencia from the nearby (Machado) Metro station.We enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value for money!! Thanks!
