Incluye todos los electrodomésticos son nuevos recién comprados menaje necesario incluye ropa de cama y toallas. Son 25 km de Valencia y aeropuerto y 25 km de Cullera. Cerca campo de golf, Caballos en alquiler, escuela surf, KiteSurf, Windsurf. Zona muy tranquila y playas muy limpias.
