The Southern Charmer is the perfect home away from home! Enjoy this spacious three bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 8, an open floor plan and a large back porch perfect for kids & pets to enjoy! Featuring One King Bed with on-site half bath, Two Double Beds & One Queen bedroom. The Full Bathroom is in the hallway accessible from all rooms. This home is located on a quiet street in the center of town, just a few miles off the interstate, near the mall and college.
We provide guests with all the amenities needed, a fully stocked kitchen, towels, soaps and more! Laundry is on site and available, enjoy your coffee in the mornings on the back deck with plenty of seating for everyone! This house will feel like home from the second you walk in.

Nice house- very clean
There is only one tub/shower in the house the "second bath" is a half bath. This is problematic if all of the beds are filled. The kitchen could be better equipped. We bought a pack of knives to "donate to the cause" but cooking equipment is minimal. Those are the only negatives of the property. The back yard is fenced. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is clean, and the beds are comfy. Location is central to the town and there are many restaurant choices.
