Five beautifully appointed bedrooms provide sophisticated accommodations with ensuites with designer finishes and natural materials, enhancing the home’s warm, inviting ambiance.

A private outdoor hot tub offers a serene après-ski experience, surrounded by trees and mountain air. Tucked away in the coveted West Vail area, the home provides both seclusion and convenience, with easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, and Vail Village. - Bedroom One - Main - King bed, ensuite with double vanity and spa shower with bench, private balcony
- Bedroom Two - Guest - Queen bed with desk, mountain view, and ensuite
- Bedroom Three - Guest - Queen bed with desk and floor-to-ceiling windows
- Bedroom Four - Bunk Room - L-shaped bunk bed with two twins over a queen bed
- Bedroom Five - Office/Guest Bedroom - Pull-out sofa that converts to queen bed beside a desk/workspace

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 11 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 3.
- There are two parking spaces available in the two-car garage and one parking space in the driveway.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
