Recently remodeled, this fully furnished one bedroom condo is conveniently located in East Vail’s Pitkin Creek Park and is available for long term rentals. There is comfortable furniture in the living area as well as a large flat screen. The kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar as well as a dining table. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space. A washer and dryer are located within the condo for your convenience. The complex is known for its amenities which include an on sight grocery/liquor store, hot tub, summer pool, and shuttle stop. The free shuttle runs every 15 minutes into the Village during ski season. After a memory filled day of outdoor adventures, enjoy a meal at home and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace with the backdrop of the mountains out your window.
