SKI THE TRAIL TO CHAIR #20 SKI LIFT. (NO LIFT LINES TO WAIT IN!!!) EASY WALK FOR KIDS WHO CAN SKI "GREEN" SKI RUNS. VAIL TICKET OFFICE AND SKI RENTAL STORE IS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO OUR CHAIR #20 SKI LIFT AT END OF HOTEL BUILDING. Buy your ski tickets and rent skis right at the chair lift! (ONLY RENTED SKIS CAN VALET) They can't valet personal skis, due to space and costs. There is also a public parking garage right across from the lift, if you don't want to walk to the lift, we reimburse parking fees. Optional Parking near children's ski school is also available to you when renting our house.
ENJOY OUR 95 feet on the RIVER of the GORE CREEK. In the summer, enjoy our log furniture seating for 8-10 and tables for appys and cocktails or play games or fly fish. Front Patio area with fountain and plenty of outdoor seatings around the fire pit. In the winter, you can still enjoy the sounds of the river from our private hot tub on the lower deck. Kids can also toboggan in the field across the street from our house.

ALSO, a new Queen Size Sofa Sleeper in the family room, should you want to spread out. (it has a Temperpedic mattress, no uncomfortable "bars"). Walk To Chair #20 Or Ski-In/Out From Hotel: WE ARE CLOSER TO LIFTS THEN MOST PLACES IN THE OTHER VILLAGES, WITH NO WAITING IN LINE & MORE TIME ON THE MOUNTAIN! Ride Chair #20 Lift back down anytime during the day until 4 p.m. (last ride down) If you don't want to do any of above, I provide "Free Parking right next to the Chair Lift" in the Public Garage Parking, especially if you have young children. Sports Store is located at the Chair #20 Lift, at the end of the hotel building, you can rent skis and equipment and valet your "rented skis ONLY" at the end of the day (at no charge). Also, we are Just Steps to the Grand Hyatt Vail Resort including the Restaurant, Starbucks Coffee Shop, Hugh Lobby Bar With Entertainment For Apre Ski. We can refer our Private Chef, Massage Therapist, Baby Sitter Service or Guest Services for dining RSVPs.

The Family room is great for kids to play and adults to just hang out and enjoy. The living room has a fireplace and fantastic views including the river and mountain range views beyond. There's plenty of room to spread out but yet come together too.

This is a three level house, Entry Level is the street level: foyer, baby electric piano, 2 car garage, 4th and 5th bedrooms and full bath. In the summer, enjoy the front patio with a fire pit and 2-tier fountain and plenty of seatings with high end chairs and sofa. Main level: BBQ Grill on kitchen deck, grill both summer and winter long, Creek side wrap around living room deck, Living room, large dining room, eat-in large kitchen with 4 bar stools and Hi top table with 4 chairs, Family room with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, closed off for privacy, if needed. Lower level has master bedroom En Suite with jacuzzi tub and fire place, Safari En Suite, with fire place, Gore Creek Suite en suite, laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers, wrap around Deck with 6-person Hot Tub. This is a great location with easy access to ski lift as well as in the summer time to access the walking path to the other villages along the river. Once you arrive, you don't have to drive until you are ready to leave. Catch the hotel shuttles offered at the Grand Hyatt Hotel into the village and return back to the Lobby pickup/drop-off area.
