Great people and service. It was an extraordinary room with an extremely comfortable bed.
The staff was great. It was walking distance to the shops and festival. The view we had was beautiful. I would stay again and recommend to all of my friends and family.
The location was excellent and the restaurant was wonderful. The staff were attentive. The sodastream machine in the lobby wasn’t functioning which was too bad. Also ski storage wasn’t in the most convenient location.
Reliable and safe.
Great location , easy access to the lift and the village , about 5 minutes walk . Rooms are clean and spacious , beds are very comfortable, hotel is not too big , but at the good location .
Rooms too small. There is not much for amenities.
We had a great corner room with amazing views. Easy walk down into the village and a short path the the ski lift.
I stayed there three years ago and there was a breakfast buffet. It was disappointing to see it was no longer an option.
Rooms are great, but breakfast there is WAY over priced and terrible quality. For the A la Cart (more expensive than buffet) the food quality is less than acceptable. I would think if something is being made fresh it wouldn't be the same exact food that's on the buffet.
This is a great ski in-out location, with exceptional staff (from the moment you arrive to the time you leave, they are attentive, friendly, calm and comfortable). Room is super comfy and the restaurant is one of the best in the village. Highly recommended.
We had the best four-day weekend ever at the Pines Lodge! The staff was amazing. Made us feel like family. The restaurant and bar earn 5 stars in my book (thank you Carlin). And Beaver Creek is magical! We’ll not soon forget the wonderful time we had there!
