Nice location with few shortcomings

The flat is clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a nice location that makes it convenient for nearby amenities. However, it falls short of expectations in a few areas. Despite being advertised as 100m², only one small bedroom is accessible, with the rest of the bedrooms closed off. Additionally, the "large garden" turned out to be a small terrace. Overall, while the flat has many positives, it doesn't quite match the description provided. There is no TV but an outdated projector system.
